The US isn't the only country that has problems with immigration, just look at Europe, "France and its Muslims: Riots, Jihadism and Depoliticisation". Who wins and who loses over there? In Europe, EVERYBODY loses! Who wins and who loses here in the US? Read on...
Winners:Entrepreneurs. As most business owners know, finding low-cost, reliable workers is a continual challenge. A flood of new immigrants would let employers be far pickier.
Workers seeking government jobs. Thousands of government employees would be hired to administer the provisions of mass legalization and provide the government services that the largely low-income population of immigrants would want: English-language and bilingual/bicultural education programs, healthcare, public assistance, subsidized housing, and so on.
Illegal immigrants and their families. Illegal workers, on average, earn eight times as much as the average worker in Mexico. "As soon as they cross the border, they have no trouble finding a job," says Gabriel Escobar, associate director of the Pew Hispanic Center, which generally encourages expanded immigration.
Losers
Teenagers. Mass legalization would take a particularly heavy toll on American teenagers, who often seek low-skill, after-school, and summer jobs at restaurants, construction firms, and retail outlets. Those launchpad jobs are an important part of training for success in life. Part-time jobs teach high school students that in the real world, there's no grade inflation–come in late and do sloppy work, and you're likely to be fired.
Americans who don't have a high school diploma. It's already happening and would only intensify: The massive influx of immigrants would decrease the need for low-skill U.S.-born residents. African-Americans would be disproportionately affected because they have the highest school-dropout rate among legal U.S. residents.
High school grads. Plummeting wages for unskilled labor would motivate the best of the uneducated to seek employment previously reserved for high school graduates. The increased supply of such people would drive down pay in fields such as retail and the skilled trades.source
This list is fine, but not complete by any means. The losers list should also include business owners like hospitals, medicall clinics, and all the employees who work in those who might lose their jobs because those business might have to close, and many more.
The point is, illegal immigration in the United States is a 'losing situation' for AMERICANS, PERIOD.

Don't forget about the Asian invasion. (Chinese, Japanese, Indians, Pakistanis, etc.)
While the Hispanic population takes over those low-class jobs, the Asians take over the high-class jobs (doctors, engineers, etc.).
What's left for the Americans?

Gentle Cricket and Florian Guerrero, you are both right. I'm sick of hearing that "jobs that Americans won't do", because that's a pile of crap.
There are Americans that will do the jobs, no question.
And "fighting for democracy in Iraq and are not willing to defend it from invaders here at home" is something our politicians need to hear, specifically George W. Bush.
The American people are riled up about this. We will remember when election time comes.

While exploiting cheap, illegal, and potentially tax-free labor is nice for entrepreneurs and small businesses, some of those same benefits could be attained if states repealed their inflated minimum-wage laws. The "jobs american's won't do" is bogus, and certain jobs simply DO NOT demand $7.50 an hour.
Allowing a reasonable wage for such jobs would be be a blessing for business and America, and would eliminate the argument that we "need" illegal workers.

I think every American ends up being a loser on this issue. The entreprenuers too! Sooner or later when español is the official language and hispanics comprise the majority in the nation they'll see the damage. How outrageous is it that we are fighting for democracy in Iraq and are not willing to defend it from invaders here at home!
