Al-Muhajiroun aka Islamic Thinkers Society, terror in America?
Islamic Thinkers Society, aka Al-Muhajiroun is operating right here in the United States, more specifically in New York. Why is our government not worried about this? We have reported on their rallies outside Jewish institutions before, perhaps Americans need to be reminded. Members of this group have been associated with recent New York terror arrests and also with the 7/7 bombings in London, according to The Stratfor Group, a Washington-based think tank and also according to The Intelligence Summit
For photos of individuals, photos of the banners used by the group when protesting, and other propaganda used by the group, you can go here.
If you visit the website for Islamic Thinkers Society, you will find statements similar to these:
We are less than a handfull of Muslims from Ahlus Sunnah wal jama'ah who give public da'wah to society, where we invite the society to Islam(Aqeedah+Shahriah), command the good, forbid the evil and expose falsehood from every angle. ...and
[Apostasy in Christianity] It is often believed that the Bible gives absolute religious freedom to everyone. Most of the Christians in the United States and the the West think that the freedom of choice and speech that they have comes originally from the Bible. Let's just see how accurate this myth really is.
Bill Warner of wbipi and The Intelligence Summit signed up through a phony e-mail address to obtain updates from Al-Muhajiroun. The following is a copy of one reply he received:
OK for suicide bombers from Al Muhajiroun in Pakistan that I received on 2/28/2004 for suicide bombers to go forth! I have the original 24 paragraph e-mail. I signed up through a phony e-mail address to obtain updates from Al-Muhajiroun, I only received this one.Below is only the last part of an e-mail I received from Al-Muhajiroun in PK, concerning an OK for suicide bombers on 2/28/2004, (original email 24 pages long)

Al-Irhaab means Terrorism.Terrorism (Al-Irhaab):
From the jihadist website Al-Muhajiroun sets forth Islamic theological justifications for terrorism, including the use of weapons of mass destruction against the infidels.)
An US-based security think tank has linked recent arrests in the US and one associated with the July 7, 2005, London bombings to the Pakistani branch of the Islamist militant group al-Muhajiroun.Al-Muhajiroun in NYC April 24th 2002 protest at Israeli Consulate.
On June 3rd 2004, now they are called the Islamic Thinkers Society at the same Israeli Consulate, same group - different name.
On May 6th 2005 Islamic Thinkers Society oustside Israeli Consulate, same group as 4/24/2002. source
In the news:
The group has evolved into one of many support networks connecting Western Muslim youths, mostly from Europe, to jihad in southwest Asia, according to an analysis circulated by Stratfor, the US-based online news analysis service. This occurred after the Pakistani branch's 2003 announcement of independence from the parent group in London. The Pakistani branch of al-Muhajiroun had decided to participate more actively in the jihad in Afghanistan, which necessitated its secession from the parent body.
Omer Bakri Mohammed, the organisation's founder, blessed this decision as he wanted to maintain plausible deniability for the group as a whole, the Daily Times newspaper said in a report from Washington.
Stratfor writes: "Groups like al-Muhajiroun's Pakistani branch are channels for bringing conditioned Western Muslim youths into contact with Al Qaeda recruiters. This is likely the same medium that allowed the July 7 London bombers to go from being radicalised youth to becoming actual suicide bombers."
Stratfor cites the example of Syed Hashmi, a 26-year-old US Muslim and New York City resident, who was arrested on June 6 at London's Heathrow Airport as he prepared to board a plane for Pakistan. He was charged with aiding an Al Qaeda plot to stage attacks in London and shipping equipment to the jihadi network headquartered in Pakistan.
Hashmi, the analysis notes, is a US citizen of Pakistani origin who grew up in New York. He graduated from college in 2003. During his student days, he was exposed to radical Islamic ideas, particularly those of the now defunct London-based group al-Muhajiroun.
According to Stratfor, "In 1996, the nascent and small New York branch of al-Muhajiroun, like its parent group in London, comprised members who had parted ways with Hizb al-Tahrir a trans-national radical Islamist group seeking to re-establish the caliphate through non-violent means.
"By the end of 1999, the chapter had undergone a complete turnover, and the group gained notoriety for being an Al Qaeda propaganda front organisation."source

Isn't it time to start profiling these groups, surveiling these groups, and stopping the hate speach they spew? It's time to stop these terrorists activities before we have a 7/7 right here on American soil, or worse.

Thanks guys. If you could read the entire 24 pages of that email, you would be amazed. These people are brutal. Any claim that Islam is a religion of peace would be sickened at what these terrorists write to each other in emails and encrypted on their websites.
