Who is a civilian in this war?
At a madrassa in Pakistan today 80 people were killed by Pakistani troops and missiles fired by helicopters. Those killed were 80 militants 'training at a religious school used as an al Qaeda training center near the Afghan border'. These were people training to be al-Qaeda terrorists who would, after 'graduation', go out into the world to kill innocent human beings. Yet, 'local leaders said all those slain when the school, or madrassa, was destroyed were civilians'. So I'm asking, what is a civilian?
No, these terrorists in training were not wearing uniforms as we in the West know military uniforms. No, they were not members or any organized military belonging to a specific country. But by any intelligent person's definition, they certainly were NOT civilians, and therefore were perfectly logical targets for the Pakistani troops.
Army spokesman Maj. Gen. Shaukat Sultan said initial estimates based on intelligence sources on the ground indicated that the attack killed about 80 suspected militants, who appeared to be in their 20s and were from Pakistan and other countries."These militants were involved in actions inside Pakistan and probably in Afghanistan," Sultan told The Associated Press. ...
"We heard helicopters flying in and then heard bombs," said one of the villagers, Haji Youssef. "We were all saddened by what we have seen." source
Ok Haji, how saddened were you are the terror training that was going on in the school? How saddened were you at the thought of innocent women, children, men that would be killed by these future terrorists? Were you saddened enough to tell someone so that these people could have been arrested or were you helping to keep this training center a secret? Huh Haji? I'd like to know.
And, 'Among the dead was Liaquat Hussain, a local Islamic cleric who ran the madrassa, locals said. Several of his aides also died, they said.' Is a cleric a civilian if he is running a al-qaeda training camp? I don't think so.
'Western diplomats said Monday's attack was certain to be followed by rising anger across the country'. Well *spit*, no kidding. All the terror supporters will be upset because another one of their training centers is a pile of rubble (as it should be).
'The attack came two days after 5,000 pro-Taliban tribesmen held an anti-American rally in the Bajur area near Damadola...' So another question... Why didn't we take out those 5,000 Taliban supporters? I'm sick of this P.C. crap. If you are supporting terrorists, if you are training to be a terrorist, you are NOT A CIVILIAN in this war.

Let me get this straight, a President whose life is constantly threatened kills 80 terrorists in a school while a country whose very existence is at risk treats terrorists as common criminals. Someone tell me what's wrong with this picture.
