Islam wins, Mahmoud smiles

Looks like we'll have to fight them here... according to Planck's Constant and WND who both say the terrorists are rejoicing over the ISG. The terrorists responded joyfully with "'Allah and his angels' responsible, 'era of Islam and of jihad' declared'.

Of course the terrorists see this as victory for Islam. The report calls for Israel to basically surrender to the Palestinians, for the United States to knuckle under to Iran. Mahmoud must be counting the days until victory over the non-Islamic world will be complete. Having America gradually surrender to Islam inch by pathetic inch, must make him so proud. He already sees himself as the messenger for Islam to the world. He sees himself as the savior of the world, ... leading us lost sheep to Islam. He has issued the invitation already both by letter and by voice at the United Nations.

I agree folks, Iran is the center of this problem. We must deal with them strongly. Right now they see us as weak.

The report paints an ugly picture, but every cloud has a silver lining. We have finally been told the truth about the situation and now there's at least a chance that we'll start doing something about it. That's a whole lot more than we had before.

Our government services aren't blind even if our President chooses to behave as if he is. A point is bound to come where we start fighting this war intelligently. What I'm afraid of, and have been since I first started blogging, is that we'll continue to be reactive instead of taking the initiative, and we'll be hit like we were in Pearl Harbor again before we really get serious. Going to war in Iraq was excused by 9/11 to control the oil and have a strong presence in the Middle East. It was the wrong choice, as most of us know. Iran is the epicenter of this conflict and that's where we should be instead of Iraq. Sooner or later, that's where we'll be forced to be anyway, high oil prices or not.
