It's a meme, but it's a good way to learn about fellow bloggers deep, dark secrets...
The Rules: Players start with 8 random facts about themselves. Those who are tagged should post these rules and their 8 random facts. Players should tag eight other people and notify them that they have been tagged.
AB5SY at Amazing Facts tagged me. Here's my eight:
1. I've always wanted to design and build a house just the way I want it, then decorate and furnish it from the ground up. What fun.2. I love that old time Rock-n-Roll, but I love the Blues more. Nothing like it!
3. I like all things oriental. Architecture, furniture, painting. Platform bed, shoji screens, tea room... Why? Because it is graceful, peaceful, organized. Maybe because I need order in my life and maybe because graceful and peaceful are how I would like to be described.
4. I've never been on a road trip or vacation by myself.
5. I don't like talking on the phone unless I have to.
6. I haven't had really short hair since I was 12 years old.
7. We live at the river, but I don't like fishing.
8. Someone told me once that I was "too nice", that I let people abuse my gentle nature.
OK, now for the fun. Here are the eight people I'm tagging:
3. The Outraged Spleen of Zion
4. 123Beta
5. Improvisations: Arab Woman Progressive Voice (latest post "A Love Story")

thanks, I think
will try hard

Come on guys, it's a chance to reveal yourself to others, AND a chance to link to 8 blogs that you like and share them with your readers.
I'm pretty much an open book, so this was hard for me.

this was a lot harder than I thought. Thanks for becoming my friend, I am really enjoying it.

I've done this kind of thing before on an old blog of mine. The other inputs will be interesting

OK - I did it. but under protest and you were sneaky and underhanded about it!
Every woman knows that after 20 years of marriage guys respond automatically to commands from a woman. Usually you have the decency to leave the commanding to the wife ...
You should be ashamed ...

Thanks Debbie. I appreciate this meme and love learning about fellow bloggers. But I am bowing out. Not because I mind or do not like a good meme, like this. But I have had my plate too fool with one of my duaghters in the hospital, home now, but my ex-muslim husband makes my life hell and trying to keep my present husband from going off on him for his untold cruelty is about all I can handle right now. I am lucky to keep a post up a day and do my radio show, plus make sure I leave a comment at my favorite blogger friends.
Sorry for being a spoiler, but it is just too much for me right now hun.
I love yah for thinking of me and God bless you and yours!
Hugs,
Layla
