Rumors of false prophets, anti-Christs, cults and the like are not new. They come in all forms, races, nationalities, and Jose Luis de Jesus Miranda is one of the latest. De Jesus, or "Daddy" claims to be God, and claims to have become one with Jesus. Some in his group are known for the 666 tattooed on their arms or ankles. Prof. Daniel Alvarez, a religion expert at Florida International University says, "De Jesus speaks with a kind of conviction that makes me consider him more like David Koresh or Jim Jones."
The church "Creciendo en Gracia," Spanish for "Growing in grace" claims thousands of members in more than 30 countries.
De Jesus, 61, grew up poor in Puerto Rico. He says he served stints in prison there for petty theft and says he was a heroin addict.
De Jesus says he learned he was Jesus reincarnate when he was visited in a dream by angels.
"The prophets, they spoke about me. It took me time to learn that, but I am what they were expecting, what they have been expecting for 2,000 years," de Jesus says.
The church that he began building 20 years ago in Miami resembles no other:
# Followers have protested Christian churches in Miami and Latin America, disrupting services and smashing crosses and statues of Jesus.
# De Jesus preaches there is no devil and no sin. His followers, he says, literally can do no wrong in God's eyes.
# The church calls itself the "Government of God on Earth" and uses a seal similar to the United States. CNN
There's nothing like a religion that preaches no sin, no punishment, no Hell, anything goes. No vows of poverty for this preacher. According to reports, he rides in Lexuses and BMWs and own several diamond-encrusted Rolex watches, all gifts from his faithful followers. He claims to be the anti-Christ on earth while also claiming to be God.

Who knows what the future of this cult will be. One this is for sure, Jose Luis de Jesus Miranda is NOT God.

I absolutely agree with the religious ones here, and I'm not even religious! I think the Second Coming is here, I can just sense it in the air...but I also know that it could turn out to be the saddest event ever because of stupidity. You see, everyone is going to call Christ of the Second Coming a crazy person, just like they did when Jesus walked the streets and was spit upon and rejected out of the cities he was visiting. What people need to understand is that the true Christ, be it Christ B'Emet maybe, will have that capability to make a miracle on Earth, something only the Son of God can do, and no other human being is able to do. So I agree with the writer, let's get Christ B'Emet to air his miracle tape that he has, since he claims he's the real Christ, and have it shown on the news, a real news-worthy story...and just imagine!!! Come on CNN!?

Very interesting of Christ B'Emet to have pointed out that he's done all these things, but that the one getting the attention in the media is painting 666 on his body and talks nothing about his Heavenly accomplishments. There is a Christ that is coming...and are you going to be one that calls him crazy like everyone did Jesus? Because I'm not. I keep an open mind to Christ B'Emet and his claim of documenting miracles, because to reject his claim is to say you know the truth, and no one does but him, and that is for him to reveal. So Right Truth, why don't you investigate Christ B'Emet because he says he has an actual tape...and he has the ability to create the same miracle over again? Wouldn't you hop on the story of the millenniums? I wouldn't turn my back that's for sure. No one on Earth has such a thing, and if they do, it means one thing, they are the Son of God!

I AM Christ B'Emet, my Holy Name given to me by my Heavenly Father some years ago. I know that I am the true Christ of the Second Coming because I can create miracles of my own making at any time, and because I have fought the works of the devil for 5 years now, which has been a trial for sure. What has he accomplished, and I'm curious why he even made a news story. I can create miracles of grand nature, have them all video taped, and am the only divine human being on Earth who is able to create such a thing–a miracle. For no man has ever been able to do such a thing except Jesus and myself, Christ B'Emet. B'Emet is Hebrew for "In Truth," and my middle Name happens to be Emmett. That was My Father's doing, and he is that true to his Word.
