Dr. Paul Williams is being sued by Canada's McMaster University for things which he said about McMaster and Islam in a radio interview with a Canadian radio station. This could happen to any one. Most bloggers who are concerned about terrorism have probably quoted Paul Williams at one time or other.
Apparently it is against the law in Canada to express an opinion, critical facts, about a subject when Canadian law expressly forbids such. The amazing thing is that when interviewed, Dr. Williams, an American citizen was speaking from the confines of his home located on sovereign American soil. According to Williams comment to Savage the legal action has already nearly financially ruined him. Is this the cost of fighting worldwide terrorism? Is this the cost of fighting to keep America and the rest of the free world safe? For this reason Michael Savage, outraged by this event has called upon all to support Williams. Not being one who simply talks, Savage immediately pledged $5000.00 of his personal wealth to the Paul Williams legal defense fund.
Dr. Paul Williams has a new book "The Day of Islam: The Annihilation of America and the Western World" where he states that "al-Qaeda definitely has nukes." He has been on the trail of Adnan el Shukrijumah since September 11, 2001. Please share this with your friends and fellow bloggers. UPDATE: Snake Oil Sam's Radio Review leaves a comment here, suggesting that I took writing from his site without giving him credit. The above information was emailed to me, with no source given. I NEVER take anything from another blogger or source without giving credit. "IF" the emailer did in fact take the above from Snake Oil Sam's site, and not give credit, then shame on them. You can go read his article for yourself. The topic is important, and I don't take any credit.

Bernie, thanks for the words of support. This has all been worked out. The email was from Michael, an investigator working WITH Dr. Paul Williams. He gives sources and links 99.9% of the time. On this one he did not, so I assumed it was his own writing, and he had no website to source/reference.
He, Snake Oil and I have worked everything out and all is well.
I really appreciate your kind words, Bernie.

I receive literally hundreds of emails from readers asking me to blog about various topics. I try to choose those that seem the most important. You chose wisely, this topic is vital stuff for all bloggers.
If Snake Oil Sam had been a regular reader of yours he would of known what we all know: no one questions your integrity or honesty. You always kindly link to me when you quote my writings.

I'm not sure we know that the "Adnan" mentioned by the JFK terrorists is the same "Jaffar the Piolt". But if it is, you know these guys are singing like birds as to his whereabouts.

Snake Oil Sam, I did not take any of this from you site, I've never even heard of your site.
The information in this was emailed to me by a fellow blogger, I simply "quoted" what was in the email. And as you can see, it "IS" indented.
If someone stole what you wrote and emailed it out, you have a bone to pick with them, not me.
However, being the honest person that I am, I will update the article and add you and send you a link, as I always do when I mention something someone else wrote.
Have a nice day.

Wow! If you’re going to plagiarize my writing at least you could offer a link back to my article. At least write is so that it appears as a quote of Snake Oil Sam.

It appears that the litigation is based on the fact that his interview was aired on Canadian airwaves. I don't think this could apply to bloggers hosted by American companies on IP blocks assigned to the United States because of that fact but it does emphasize how foreign nations can manipulate the law to their advantage.
From a monetary point of view I don't know if the Canadian government could enforce any judgment on Williams unless he travels back into Canada. Of course Williams has a book and they could seize any assets he has in Canada.
The Canadian government is upset because Williams and some fellow journalists exposed McMaster University for proviing unsecured access to a nuclear reactor and research facility on campus. Williams actually walked right into the building, up to the reactor and took pictures without anyone stopping him or the others. In addition it turns out that the facility was being utilized primarily by Muslims from what I heard.
In case anyone was unaware Canada has a pretty big problem with radical Islam itself. Many young Canadian Muslims have been enticed to train in Pakistan and elsewhere so they can join the jihad against America.
Williams was featured in a June 4th NY Post article as the expert who explained the background of nuclear trained terrorist Adnan Gulshair el-Shukrijumah and his relation to the JFK plotters.
