Geraldo Rivera, new spokesman for criminal illegal aliens

Today Geraldo took the leader of Mothers Against Illegal Aliens on Fox on Your World With Neil Cavuto. Geraldo also took on Tom Tancredo on Hannity and Colmes. I guess he is Fox's token 'balanced' commenter who is FOR criminal illegal aliens inside the United States.

It appears that Geraldo Rivera's support of criminal illegal aliens is nothing new. Last year he was advocating for Elvira Arellano who took refuge in a Chicago church and was deported this week to Mexico. Geralso said:

"Isn't it impossible almost, not to be sympathetic to this mom and her son?" and "Pat isn't it a kind of bait and switch? We lure the illegals here with the promise of work and now we're telling them, either leave or be arrested?" [snip]

Rivera then went further saying that some compare her "to Rosa Parks and other icons of the civil rights movement."NewsBusters

On the O'Reilly Factor, talking about "Illegal alien Jose Carranza from Peru, who stands accused of raping a five- year-old girl, assaulting some other people, and now murdering the three young people" , Geraldo said, "The last thing that they should be concerned about is the immigration status." O'Reilly responds:

O'REILLY: Look, these three would be alive. The two in Virginia city — Virginia Beach would be alive if the local authorities cooperated with Homeland Security and reported criminal aliens to ICE. You've got to get behind that, Geraldo. That has to happen or we're going to have more dead people. (Fox)

nanc: I could NEVER stand Geraldo. He has always catered to the lowest of the low. His TV shows were like a live version of the Star Magazine or the Enquirer. I could never stand miring myself in scum.

a couple of years ago, geraldo was on bor and bor agreed with him when he stated, "pedophiles are born that way!" this is when i parted ways with both men.

can you imagine looking your newborn in the face and thinking, "this child is a born pedophile."?

geraldo is as skewed as a corkscrew. he's been pandering to the left since i was a young girl growing up in san diego.

Illegal immigrants should have no rights, what is so hard to understand? Why do we have these yo yo’s defending something that’s Illegal? If people like Geraldo spent as much time on defending real problems he may get my attention, but until then he is irrelevant

I can remember what I thought of Geraldo way back when and it's pretty much what I think of him now. In his early career he was one of the TV tabloid muckrakers. He would get obese, piggy mothers up there with their pregnant 14-year-old daughters who were screwing mamas boyfriend and then let them all fight and scream onstage. Stuff like that. Entertainment for the dregs of our society. Somehow he actually came up that ladder about a half notch and even gets to comment on issues that actually matter. Bill the Bloviator, aka Rude Arrogant Loudmouth, likes to have him on his show from time to time. I no longer watch Bloviator, as much as he goes after illegals, he gives the right a bad name with all his stupid mistakes. When a 16 year old kid hands him his ass, as happened recently, he's done.

Geraldo isn't what bothers me. What bothers me is giving these people air time. Tonite on Hannity and Colmes they had a CAIR guy, a black muslim, lying his ass off in as loud and obnoxious a voice as he could muster, while the skinny guy (Colmes?) was backing him up on his false claims, and defending CAIR. I get too disgusted to continue watching.

I don't get it. Skinhead Nazi types will go and persecute and even murder Jewish newspeople and yet no one is going after traitors like Colmes and Rivera.

There's no balance in the world.

So I guess I'm not the only one whose getting fed up with our theatrical, self-serving Geraldo and his ILLEGAL immigrant crusade. Somehow I don't think he gets the word ILLEGAL or, more likely, he wants us to just ignore the word ILLEGAL and concentrate on those hard-working long-suffereing ILLEGAL immigrants who are making this great country of ours tick.

The thing that sticks out most in my mind about this whole subject are those huge parades in LA and other places. Thousands of angry, self-righteous, ACLU-entitled ILLEGALS marching proudly through our cities with their MEXICAN and BRAZILIAN and PERUVIAN flags DEMANDING their AMERICAN RIGHTS with no apparent fears of being arrrested.

And guess who wants us to give these ILLEGALS their ILLEGAL rights?
The same folks who want to keep us from racially profiling young Middle Eastern men, who just happen to be studying the inner workings of our largest ferrys. The same folks who argue that those two Muslim guys in NC really were just innocent young fellows going to a birthday party with pipe bombs in their trunk, before they were pulled over by some redneck NC cop for "driving while Muslim".

I can't remember what I thought about Geraldo before he started these crazy pro-ILLEGAL ALIEN rants. I think I was beginning to tire of his egotistical self-dramatizing even back then.

Now I just turn off the sound.
