Illegal alien criminal and murderer Jose Carranza, 28, of Peru, cannot speak English and needed a translator at his court hearing. It just proves you don't need to speak the language in order to stay in the US for years illegally, and commit a life-time full of crimes against legal citizens. PoliPundit says:
