OK, some simple math here. There are X amount of seats in colleges. The California DREAM act gives free tuition to illegal aliens. That means that some illegal aliens will get into college when Americans cannot afford it. Therefore some American students will be denied entry.

Marsha Blackburn is introducing the Charlie Norwood CLEAR Act of 2007, which targets violent criminal aliens and the sanctuary cities that protect them. This legislation would improve communication between federal and local law enforcement in detecting, arresting and detaining illegal criminal aliens. It would also provide funding, resources and training for local police on how to enforce immigration law and actually require the federal government to take an illegal immigrant into federal custody within 48 hours.
