Al Qaeda Website Confirms Plans For An American Hiroshima, BY PAUL L. WILLIAMS, posted at Infidel Bloggers Alliance

The Global Islamic Media Front, the leading al Qaeda website, has posted a report that verifies Osama bin Laden's possession of nuclear weapons and his intent, if provoked, to deploy these weapons against the United States. [snip]

"Al-Qaeda leaders claimed to have deployed their tactical weapons inside America. But when I tried to track the transportation of those weapons from Georgia, I lost track in Italy. I don't know the location of these today because my source left Afghanistan for Iraq last year. On the other hand, they claimed to me that weapons were smuggled to America through Mexico." Petraeus: Iraqi "Mafia" Is Latest Danger

(CBS/AP) The threat from al Qaeda in several former strongholds in Baghdad has been significantly reduced, but criminals who have established "almost mafia-like presence" in some areas pose a new threat, the top U.S. commander in Iraq said Sunday.

Gen. David Petraeus stressed, however, the terror organization remained "a very dangerous and very lethal enemy" - a comment underscored by the abduction Sunday in Baghdad of 10 Sunni and Shiite tribal leaders who joined forces against al Qaeda (read more)

ACLU: We destroyed the First Amendment in order to save it, Stop the ACLU

I had to laugh when I saw this press release from the ACLU: Federal Court Agrees with ACLU: Schools Can Protect Both Gay Students and Religious Speech . Its ironically false. The reason this school had the problem to begin with was because of an ACLU lawsuit against them over a gay-straight allience club. The ACLU made this mess, and when the Alliance Defense Fund came to defend the First Amendment, they are trying to claim their victory. Please share with your readers and help expose this, thanks, Jay Sounds like the ACLU was in the right on this one…that is until you know how the school came to institute a tyrannical program in the first place. No, this isn't what the ACLU "was saying all along." ( read it here)

Hamas denies secret talks with Israel

GAZA CITY - The Islamic Hamas movement denied Sunday it was holding secret talks with Israel, and criticized an aide to President Mahmoud Abbas who said it was.

‘The statements of Tayeb Abdel Rahim are full of lies and there is nothing in his speech worthy of comment,’ the movement’s Gaza spokesman, Sami Abu Zuhri, told reporters.

Abdel Rahim told Palestinian television Saturday night that the Palestinian leadership had proof of contacts between Hamas and Israel Defence Ministry officials. (read more)

NY Times: Syrian site may have been built in 2001, Jerusalem Post

The alleged Syrian nuclear facility that was destroyed by the IAF on September 6 was photographed by an American company as early as 2003, The New York Times reported on Saturday.

The paper quoted a senior US intelligence official as saying that American analysts examined the site several years ago, and had been uncertain as to whether it was in fact a nuclear facility.

Independent analysts who have looked over the satellite image said the structure's construction may have begun as early as 2001 - a theory with which the intelligence official said he agreed. (more)

Archibishop Desmond Tutu’s speech on Saturday afternoon at the Israel=Apartheid conference at Boston’s Old South Church has been posted on the web. (Note that the pages are a bit out of order.) One of the 200 protesters outside the church on Friday afternoon carried a poster with a photoshopped image of the church sign saying: “Today’s Sermon: Blame the Jews.” That turns out to have been pretty accurate. Out of curiosity, and since I went out unsuccessfully to find the information, do you happen to have a link to the report posted by the Global Islamic Media Front that declares this American Hiroshima?

Just 'cause Paul Williams said so and Bill Gertz repeated it doesn't make it credible information.

I looked and searched and didn't find the information or the link to the report itself...please help.
