Merry Christmas - God's still in control even if it doesn't look that way.

God was in control in the beginning ... God is still in control of this world. Remember Him on this Christmas Eve and on Christmas Day.

I know the world seems in turmoil, probably because it is. But history is still in God's blessed hands. Only God knows if we can survive a third World War.

Christmas in Iran brings
gay men being hanged to death and women being killed for not wearing the headscarf. Russia has delivered their first shipment of nuclear materials to Iran (what are they thinking). It's worth our time to review the "Ghosts of Iran's Past and Present." Now Iran wants to renew high-level talks with U.S. officials. Hmmm.

Relations between the United States and Israel may be a little shaky after the Annapolis conference. Ron Paul wants to stop all aid to Israel. (He's a NUT!)

A new report now indicates that Pakistan, the largest recipient of post-Sept. 11 Coalition Support Funding, has been diverting funds to help finance weapons systems designed to counter India rather than fight al-Qaeda/Taliban. That's my money, and your money. Turkey's walking a tight rope and could swing either way.

American 'journalists' praise dictators like Chavez of Venezuela and Castro of Cuba. We have to wonder if they would feel the same way if they had to live under these tyrants. Here's Christmas in Afghanistan. Here's Christmas in Iraq.

Politicians continue pander to voters, only Fred Thompson stays above the fray. Polls rise and fall. Obama continues to say he was never a Muslim; however, he was registered as a Muslim, he attended a Muslim school and Mosque, and he attended Friday prayers. You decide. Romney has more money that anybody and he's still in trouble. Huckabee has problems, so does Clinton. McCain's for big government. Oh for the days of Ronald Reagan.

We send our good Christmas wishes to the troops around the world, while the troops in Baghdad send a message to us here at home. The military wishes lawyers would stay out of the war.

Americans are spending money for Christmas presents like there's no tomorrow.

Terrorists continue to use the internet for training purposes., use mosques to fire rocket at innocent civilians, hide bombs under burqas, while Omar Bakri in Britain calls for new terror attacks. And the Muslim call to prayer will be broadcast at Oxford.

At least one state is getting serious about illegal aliens.
