Does Islam Cause Mental Illness?, New Media Alliance - Sher Zieve
[snip] In the mainstream reportage of these continuing and violent incidents, once again the bulk of the leftist media, the same media that vilifies virtually everything democracies affect to protect their citizens and bring down these regimes of terrorism, are offering “no opinion” on these recent Muslim atrocities. Note: Unfortunately, not all of the recent so-called extremism in the Muslim world is coming strictly from the Islamist factions. But, it does appear that an increasing number of non-Muslims are finally beginning to realize that violence against them is built into and commanded by the Surah verses (the latter stanzas) of the Qur’an. Hamas rules with Saudi support, Israpundit
I have a very well connected Saudi friend who advises“Abbas went to brief King Abdullah on the Annapolis unintelligible conference before going home.(continue reading)Abdullah said that he hopes that “the efforts of the international community will result in the establishment of a Palestinian state on their soil with Jerusalem as its capital.” The Saudi monarchs will not support any solution unless Hamas dictates the terms of any future accommodations with the Israelis.
The shallow American analysts saw the Saudi presence as support for Abbas when in fact the Saudis wanted to make sure no agreement would be considered without Hamas full participation and Jerusalem remains Muslim in Muslim hands. All roads lead to and go through Riyadh.”
Visit to Shell's Brutus Off-shore Oil/Gas Platform and New Orleans Facility, The Oil Drum
On November 9 and 10, the American Petroleum Institute (API) invited several bloggers to visit Shell's facilities in New Orleans, and also its Brutus Tension-leg Platform, 165 miles south of New Orleans, in the Gulf of Mexico. The purpose of this post is to tell you a little about my trip. (continue reading)

Take This Procrastination Quiz Right Now, Pursuing Holiness
If you don’t take this procrastination quiz right now, you’ll never get to it. Which is okay, but if you’re curious to see how you stack up against other procrastinators, you need to take the quiz to find out. I’m pretty bad - in the top 10%. When I have a deadline, I get it done on time pretty much every time. But if I don’t have a deadline, I (continue reading)
Why Israel still has those checkpoints, Israel Matzav
Are you wondering why Israel still has those checkpoints that restrict 'Palestinian' movement throughout Judea and Samaria? Here's why:
Two Palestinian youths were arrested at the Hawara checkpoint south of Nablus on Friday after troops on duty discovered they were carrying three bombs. (continue reading)
Rudy Giuliani Should Not Be the Republican Nominee, He Really Shouldn’t Even Call Himself Republican, (with video), Stop the ACLU
If you were to make a list of political positions for Hillary Clinton and Rudy Giuliani and compare them you would be lucky if you didn’t get them confused. I’m not sure why he is doing so well in the polls. Part of me imagines that it is the image of leadership America saw after 9/11 and the name recognition that has so many conservative leaning people pulling for him. I really don’t want to think people are that naive. I’ve heard too many people compromise their values to support him because they believe he is the only one that can beat Hillary. I don’t understand that belief. He’s got a lot of dirt that can be dug up and one doesn’t even have to dig deep to find it. That alone puts him at a disadvantage from other candidates. (continue reading)
Psst..Annapolis..There Is No “Palestine”, Woman Honor Thyself
The word “Palestinians” and the invention of the “Palestinian people” was a deliberate construct. It was not the term used, ever since there were Arabs in what Western Christendom called “Palestine. (continue reading)
Is Syria an Ally or Adversary of Radical Sunni Movements? , Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs
* Bashar al-Assad is clearly not his father. He is not respected or feared as was his father. People accept him in Syria not because of his character or his charisma - which is nonexistent - but because the average Syrian citizen sees no alternative.* Syria displays a bunker mentality. It sees itself as a small country, constantly under attack by foreigners and by neighboring countries, always the target of a conspiracy, like Cuba or North Korea, which have a similar bunker mentality. Check out my rating (13-I'm in the less than 10% area):
You rank in the bottom 10% in terms of procrastination. That is, when it comes to putting things off, you do so only if it makes good sense. Likely, you are a very conscientious and self-disciplined person. You probably have few irrational or distracting impulses or are at least very knowledgeable about how to control them. Consequently, you likely perform better than others with a minimal amount of stress. Still, you may be procrastinating in one neglected area of your life, such as exercise or even socializing. If so, here are three tips that have been shown to work:
We don't need the rest of this, because it is not physical feesable for me. lol.
