Update of UK blogger Lionheart

Danish blogger Anders Bruun Laursen has written a letter to Gordon Brown about blogger Lionheart. Lionheart has an arrest warrant out on him for nothing more than speaking the truth about Islamic terror. Bloggers and all freedom-loving people need to stick together on this.

Here is the text of the letter Mr. Laursen sent to 10 Downing Street:

As I see from several blogs (Gates of Vienna, Politically Incorrect, and others) a warrant for an arrest has been issued against a Christian British blogger, who uses the pseudonym “Lionheart”.

As far as I can see from his blog, all he has done is to bring the truth about Islam — as it is written in the Quran and the Hadith. And as we see it described every day in our MSM.

I am a Dane, and we Danes have had a very high opinion of the UK and its democracy ever since World War 2. We were liberated by British forces after 5 years of German nazi-occupation..

Today many Danes are beginning to see the UK as an equivalent to a dictatorship, which your fathers so gallantly fought. (continue reading)

The evil forces are after Lionheart because he helped the cops put a drug dealer in prison, then the gang started sending him death threats and then the cops wouldn't help him.

Local bloggers blogging locally all over the world generally are going to face much more danger because they will always be in their foe's backyard reporting on everything they do and driving them mad for revenge.

Lionheart's not just writing about Islam encroaching on Europe and the UK. He's writing about what a very wealthy and well connected Pakistani Muslim organized crime family is up to in Luton.

As a matter of fact, I did...more than once.

Words have alot of power. In what he lists as his favorite post, "Islam - From the pit of hell," one can only believe that the title alone incited hot emotions. When in that post he writes, "You Muslims are the darkness in our lands seeking to enforce yourselves upon us," how can that be read as anything but an outright insult? I don't want to debate whether his point of view is right or wrong, or has merit or doesn't.

Words. They hold alot of power.

But you see Debbie, whatever it is that I write, I never use the derogatory language often used by others (that "blanket" tossed). I know that some, if not many of your readers disagree. But, I beg to differ. What makes him different? Is it just that he got on the "Muslims' wrong side? How'd he do that?

These days sensitivities are running high, especially in Europe. "We're" seeing a ramping up of activity there, on both sides of the Islamic spectrum.

Stormwarning: What he writes is no different that what you or I write. That's the rub. He got on the Muslims wrong side by ratting some of them out in Luton. Now he seems to be writing 'hate speech' in their eyes. It's crazy.

I have to ask this again, especially since I've never read anything written by "Lionheart." How is what he wrote any different from any other "outspoken" blogger who writes stuff about Islam and the Muslims?
