Reports gathered from various sources revealed blast at an Italian restaurant in the Pakistani capital of Islamabad on Saturday appears to have killed at least two people and wounded 15.A foreign woman was one of the dead. A witness told newsmen the explosion occurred in a garden dining area at the rear of the Luna Caprese restaurant, which is frequented by expatriates, including diplomats, aid agency workers, and journalists.

Why any American would consciously and voluntarily go to a War zone is beyond my comprehension. However, "outrageous?" Why?...unless you believe Muhammad Khurshid's view...[that has been inconsistent at best].
As for Albania, why expect a peaceful existence? Its a relatively backward farming economy...With a population that is 70% Muslim, the jihad continues to spread.

Debbie, I've just started looking around blogs and this is the first I've heard of this. Terrible. And I've got a Leftie mocking my warning to westerners to be careful where you travel to. This world just isn't safe in its every corner any more.

Sadly the death toll will probably be lifted. They are going to need help with this. I heard their Defence Minister on TV saying that about 100-thousand tonnes of old munitions from the communist era remain in the country.
