Caught red handed in the clutches of her latest boy-toy, the high-profile female politician was forced to stand before her electorate and apologize for her actions. Her husband, an accomplished man, a Harvard-educated lawyer and an amateur painter, a prolific letter writer, father of three teenage sons, stood by her side.
Governor Doe resigned after being implicated in a prostitution scandal involving male prostitutes. Court documents reportedly identified a large number of young hot males who admitted to having all forms of sexual acts with Governor Doe. Over at least a ten-year period, Governor Jane paid over $90,000 for her sexual pleasures.
Doe was caught arranging her liaisons on a federal wiretap. It was the beginning of the end for her. Her husband was asked if he would stay with the Governor or leave her -- he gave no response as he stood stoically by his wife. Mr. Doe was dressed in a black pinstripe suit, red tie, white shirt and gold tie-tack. At one point he gently lifted his hand to touch his wife's arm in an apparent gesture of support.
Men's lib representatives are questioning why men are required to stand beside their wives and endure this second humiliation. Relationship experts and pundits speculate that the husbands are still in shock and unable to make decisions for themselves. Dr. Larry Schlessinger suggests that if the husband had been taking care of his wife's needs at home, Governor Doe would not have sought companionship with strangers.
Dr. Larry stands by his woman comments. This week, Dr. Larry Schlessinger made headlines when she blamed former governor Jane Doe's husband for his wife's unethical behavior, saying, “I hold men accountable for tossing out perfectly good women.” Yesterday, on Fox News’ Hannity and Colmes, Dr. Larry again shifted blame to men:COLMES: Isn’t it the hussy who cheats on her husband? Doesn’t the responsibility lie with that adulterer and that woman who makes that decision?SCHLESSINGER: Her responsibility for cheating is hers. The responsibility for mistreating his woman is his.
Ernesto, one of Gov. Doe's sex-boys, has now been identified and interviewed. He was abused as a teenager, moved into an expensive Manhattan apartment with a rich older woman at age 17. When the woman deserted Ernesto, he had to make the rent on his own. What better way than spending time with women through The Empress Club, a high-end male escort service. All he ever wanted to be was a singer. Now perhaps poor Ernesto will see his dream come true.

OMG! That was great Debbie. I don't get it. Why should the wives have to hang with their guy in his moment of self inflicted shame? The Love Gov didn't have his 1st Lady with him in DC when he was fooling about - why should she be there with him now?

Colmes needs to turn in his man card. The same with Phil Donahue, Geraldo Rivera, Tim Robbins, and a host of so many I lost count. (not quite out and gone MOGSY)

Should spitzer's name have been leaked? In a perfect world probably not, but in this current atmosphere, there was no way he could have remained anonymous.
I wonder what would happen if one of our female politicians found herself in this same situation?
