Obama feels comfortable in his church.
In a speech in Texas today, Barack Obama says he "feels comfortable in his church." That is his 'afro-centric, America-hating church' don't forget. That says a lot, doesn't it? I feel 'comfortable' saying Obama will not be a good choice for President of the United States.
His wife Michelle Obama continues to whine to audiences about her stressful life, all the bills they have, her struggles to stay sane. Then Obama's campaign refutes her comments, "it's possible that Michelle Obama is enormously satisfied with her life and has absolutely no trouble "keeping it all together." At this moment, a white male campaign adviser may be telling a men's club that Michelle's whining is just rhetoric intended to make Barack competitive among Hillary Clinton's female supporters.
Apparently in politics it is acceptable, even encouraged, to lie to voters about anything in order to get elected. Wow, I'm wondering how much 'hope' the voters can take home from a pack of lies.
I'm still curious who Obama (and McCain) will choose for their VP running mate and cabinet members. From The Corner:
Well, let's see: Lugar, Hagel, and maybe The Arnold. Makes sense to me. Lugar and Hagel have always been for "talking to tyrants," although they are probably not up to Madeleine Albright's high standard of dancing with dictators. But then, Obama only wants to "negotiate without preconditions," he hasn't advocating dancing (which would be hard to do with the Iranians, who arrest and beat people who dance with each other to "Western music"—especially if unmarried and of opposite sexes (which, given the well-known total absence of gays in the Islamic Republic, is almost always the case)—at least, not yet. Obama praises them as "bipartisan," which in simple English means "they agree with us Dems." At least he's thinking outside the Senate in one of the three cases...
As a Conservative I suppose I should take Brit Hume's advice, or should I?
... if the conservatives don't want a President Obama or a President Clinton, they ought to get off McCain's back and let him campaign as whatever he wants to, and campaign from the center.
We can continue to expect 'lies on the front page and truth buried on the back page' from the MSM, whether it's politics, the war, terrorism. And who would have thought Saturday Night Live would play such a role in elections this year?

Difference between “Islamic moderate” and “Islamic reformist”, From Infidels are Cool in response to this article at Flopping Aces:
The short version:Moderates = most likely a Taqiyya driven individual who may not commit acts of terror themselves, but will surely defend Islam and deny the problem within.
Reformists = Those who will honestly see the problem within their own, do not defend Islam but attack the evil within and don’t condemn anti-jihadists for pointing out the obvious.
