Ortho, I'm not sure how well this song would be received by our audience.
I don't think any of them are fascists. Probably we have quite a few rednecks, NASCAR fans, and I betcha a bunch of them are "bitter" and cling to their guns and God. I doubt any of them know any fascists personally. I'm sure a few of them have read about Hitler, Mussolini, Stalin, and Mao. A few of our older fans probably fought against those people.
Some are Democrats, some are Republicans, some are apolitical. Some are Baptists, Methodists, Catholics, and many others.
All of them like to relax and listen to good music, and they all realize that you're never too young or too old to rock n roll.
Most of them thank God everyday for America.
Anyhoo, we tend to blend a little UPBEAT country, soul, rock n roll, R&B, and solid gold into the mix. Since we got our new singer, Andrea, we have also come up with special songs that feature her beautiful voice.
Thanks for your interest.

Deb, thanks. I look forward to the band's response. Here is a version they could riff-off of, if they wish: http://baudrillardsbastard.blogspot.com/2008/04/sunday-music_20.html

Sweet tunes, Deb!
Do Hubby and the boys take requests?
I would love to see them do a rendition of Woody Guthrie's "All You Fascists"! http://www.woodyguthrie.org/Lyrics/All_You_Fascists.htm

Karen, Michael, Maggie, Rosemary, thanks so much. The female vocalist is Andrea Terry. She really has a fabulous voice.
Hubby sings, the drummer sings, and the keyboard player sings too, so we have a nice variety.
Folks were asking if Andrea and I are related, but we are not. We are both tall, thin, and have long hair, but I can't sing a note on key if my life depended on it.

I loved this SHOW! Excellent! I visited the website. The song choices are vocals - dynamite.
Fantasia on American idol won the whole competition on her first Hollywood performance with Let's Give Them Something to Talk About (at least that's my opinion).
Thanks for the heads up.

Wow! We've got a whole lot in common! Mosques and Gibsons...Farooq and Flat-tops.
Michael, Unrepentant guitar addict, with no intent on kicking his habit! (Rehab is for quitters!)
Peace
