What's his name and where was he born?

Was Obama actually born in Kenya and what is his LEGAL name?  Is it Barry Dunham, Barry Soetoro, Barack Hussein Obama, or... WHAT?  (gossip, rumor, innuendo, who knows?)

I'm asking the question because Alan of Anti-Mullah says: (go read Anti-Mullah's entire post)

After she gave birth to him in Kenya, she immediately boarded a flight to Hawaai and then "registered" his birth as having taken place in Hawaii.

If this is true, Hillary may have suspended her campaign a little early.  Alan's main article is taken from Poorboy where he states:

As far as I know, no one has seen Barack Hussein Obama's birth certificate supposedly issued in Hawaii.

Since his mother’s last name at the time was Dunham, why could he claim his father’s name? Most babies were given the name of the unmarried mother. Would be interesting to see the official birth certificate.

In american immigration law a new born,born to only one US natrual born citizen which in this case would be his mother — stanly Ann Dunham- thus Barry Dunham would or should be on his birth certificate. for him to change his name at birth to OBAMA his father would have had to ADOPT him, there is no evedence that he did this thus his name remains Dunham. When his mother remarried his name was changed to Soetro but how? his new father would also have had to adopt him to change his name , and make him a citizen of Indonesia,however barry returned to honolulu somehow on his second fathers passport. his grandparents did not change Barry’s legal status so for some reason he kept the name Soetoro until he changed it yet again to Barack Hussein obama but he did not do it legally by deedpole thus he should still be using his real name. The question of wether he is a citizen of Indonesia or Kenya both of which he claims, is open to question because of the lack of any legal documentation available at present.  the other interesting issue you raise is citizenship of the united States if you leave the country for an exstended period of time , yes , the answer is 5 years - however it would appear that barry left for under slightly 5 years so he may be safe on that one .  what is more important is how did he get back into the United states legally?

So is HE really an American citizen and what is his LEGAL name???  I am not versed in the law on this, so if any of you readers happen to be knowledgeable about this, please leave a comment or email me.

Speaking to the Kenyan Journalist who knew B.Hussein.O's father well, convinced me that that Barry was born in the USA...however, I also learned that the "father" detailed in "Dreams of My Father" did not resemble Barack's dad very much at all.
Obama's male parent was a pretty disgusting human being.

Obama is a liar, but then we, as Americans have come to expect our politicians to be liars..the bigger the liar, the more we worship them. We do not demand truth or honesty from our politicos and we do not hold them responsible for their actions, nor do we expect them to uphold their oath of office (remember that "old piece of paper"? the US Constitution?).

We have chosen to ditch our Constitutional heritage for the dubious comfort of a nanny-state run by C Student crooks and hucksters. When our Rights were being removed from the books and our Nation reduced to just another "region" of a united global "market", we could have taken to the streets to protest.....but we did not, we cowered and pretended that the form of government bequeathed to us by the Founding Fathers was archaic and in need of a change dictated by a non-representative group of Globalists whose allegiance is to their club-members, not the American people.

We shunned America decades ago...Welcome to the Post-American Region of the Global Market. We are no longer citizens, we are mere residents and customers.

I'm not usually one for conspiracy theories, but here's one just for fun…

Is this the rumored ‘other shoe’ dropping that we heard about a few days ago from the likes of Bob Beckel?

Let’s assume Clinton knows the truth about this little birth certificate snafu, and let’s assume he isn’t an American citizen. Why didn’t she use it?

Perhaps because that would have looked mean-spirited and underhanded. We know that’s how the Democrat party works - everything has to look fair and nice (even if it isn’t, it still has to look that way). And, probably more importantly, it would look like an 11th hour dirty trick that stole the nomination away from Obama, thus completely alienating a critical core Democrat constituency: blacks.

So, how could she use this information to her advantage while still pulling the black vote back to her (voluntarily)? She could swallow her pride and do the concession thing to make it look like she had the best interests of the party at heart while simultaneously leaking the information to someone else to make public.

Now, if it is proven that Obama can’t become President, Obama is out and the black vote can’t accuse her of stealing the nomination from Obama. She can graciously take up the mantle while fully expecting Obama’s endorsement (because, after all, turnabout is fair play, right?). Voila! It kills two birds with one stone…

A while back we spoke to the kindly missionary and his wife who started this rumour (and the "Million dollar donation to Odinga"). We contacted the Kenyan journalist who supposedly 'confirmed" the story and it turned out not to be true. Further conversations with the missionaries has led us to the conclusion that the internet rumour (a chain letter actually) was false, distributed by a well-intentioned, elderly couple who don't trust the Dhimmicratic candidate.

Like it or not, Obama was born in Hawaii. Anyway, if there was any truth to the rumours about Kenya...you can bet that Hildog would have plastered the information on every media outlet in the country.

Remember the dust-up over McCain being born in the Phillipines because his father was stationed there? I think the courts had to verify that he was, indeed, an American citizen. The same requirement needs to be made here.
