CIA given green light to bomb Osama ... if they can find him.
Does anyone find this statement strange? "CIA Given Green Light To Bomb Osama bin Laden with unmanned aircraft armed with ground attack missiles if they can find him." I could pick that statement apart, but let's take it for good news, ... only took them about 7 years.
Muhammad Khurshid, Khar, Bajaur Agency, Tribal Areas, Pakistan reports:
Now this is crystal clear: that Pakistan has been breeding terrorism. Actually the politicians have been using the menace of terrorism for political gains.
Now Pakistanis want that US and NATO forces leave Afghanistan so they will again occupy that country where they will play their dirty game.
Pakistan on the one hand is frontline state in war against terrorism, but still terrorists are being created here. Pakistani rulers have been playing double game. Only President Pervez Musharraf sincerely wants the elimination of terrorism, but the team with him is still supporting terrorism.
I think withdrawal of NATO and US forces from Afghanistan will be disastrous for the whole world. Without establishing rule of law the withdrawal of troops will further complicate the problem.
Dear Sir, we the people of tribal areas also want rule of law. Though Pakistan has been claiming that tribal areas is the part of Pakistan, but still there is no rule of law. Terrorists are coming here without any hindrance. They are killing the innocent tribesmen with full immunity. If Pakistan wants that tribal areas remain part of Pakistan then rulers must change their attitude.
Then we have this: Seriously, What is the FBI Doing?
IPT News
April 7, 2008
In February, we exposed the latest FBI (and CIA) outrage, advertising for recruits in a pro-terrorist, anti-American magazine, the Washington Report on Middle East Affairs (WRMEA) - (see: Looking Under a Rock: FBI and CIA Hit New Low in Recruitment Drive). Both of our top national security agencies had placed online advertisements on the webpage of a magazine that included a hagiography to a terrorist the FBI had worked almost a decade to investigate and prosecute, Palestinian Islamic Jihad operative Sami Al-Arian.
Just over a month later, it is clear that the FBI has learned nothing. The agency is advertising for recruits in the Arab American News, another publication with a long history of support for terrorism, terrorists and terrorist organizations. The current edition has an editorial titled, "Let our people go!," under an ad banner recruiting for the FBI (which also appears on the home page of the website), about accused Iraqi spy Muthanna al-Hanooti, which states:
Arab American political activist Muthanna al-Hanooti was arrested and jailed this week by federal officials upon arrival at Detroit Metropolitan Airport returning from a trip to the Middle East. The following day he was charged with two counts of conspiracy and three counts of lying to the FBI about working for agents with the Iraqi Intelligence Service under Saddam Hussein. (emphasis added)

There's been a lot of disinformation in this war on terror, not all having to do with politics. The left doesn't understand that we can't always be "brutally honest" about everything with lives on the line.
My guess is we've got a good idea where UBL is but have been waiting for the right time to take him out. There's always been some risk in eliminating or capturing him due to after effects. Hopefully these stories, plus the Saudi mufti's proclamation that following AQ is "against Islam", signal the end is near.

CIA: Indeed, what took so long? With all of the IR tech available to us, I have a hard time believing that we cannot find him.
Muhammad re Pakistan "breeding" terrorism: Indeed, what took so long to realize that? Its been obvious to "idle" observers (like me) for 7 years.
Re the FBI: There are some good people at the FBI...how many? As for the memories that I keep having, ON SEPT. 10, 2001 JOHN ASHCROFT IGNORED FBI REQUESTS FOR $58 MILLION for 149 new counterterrorism field agents, 200 intelligence analysts and 54 additional translators.
Happy Fourth of July to you and all of your readers.
