That would be the question I would ask McCain. He seems to be going out of his way to distance himself from the voting populous. How many groups can he afford to upset? Baptists, Evangelicals, Gun Owners, Legal Citizens, Anti-Global Warmers, I am sure the list is very long, and getting longer.
On the flip side, pun intended, Obama seems to be taking an about face on every issue that has gotten him this far. You can find lists all over the internet.

What a mess we find ourselves in with these two candidates. While people seem to be wanting somewhere to turn other than Obama and some people seem to be waking up, they also sense that McCain has some serious mental issues of his own (like swearing at his wife in public because she mentioned his bald head).

I thought that phrase "civilian national security force" was pretty interesting. Of course no actual plans or specifics are ever given on anything he says.

allah (MHFIHF) damnit, this evil makes me so freakin' sick . . . I can't even write what I want to say in this so called Free Society we live in! Crap! All I can do is think of my daughter and the utter fear these little girls are going through. It really is so unspeakable.
I have worked with alot of victims of violent sex crimes and this is so frightful and so sad!!
