Can you mention honor killings without saying Islam or Muslim?

Apparently CNN can... they had a special on honor killings -- without mentioning Islam or Muslims.  Newsbusters is impressed:

Quite a feat: CNN has pulled off the MSM equivalent of describing a spiral staircase without using one's hands.  It has managed to produce a segment on "honor killings" and related violence in the UK . . . without using the word "Muslim" or "Islam." CNN Newsroom anchor Don Lemon introduced the segment this afternoon at 1:37 PM EDT.

DON LEMON: Women forced into marriages, or killed for having the wrong boyfriend.  So-called "honor crimes" are often committed by fathers or brothers when daughters do something that supposedly brings shame on the family.  It's on the rise in  Britain, and authorities, they are very worried about it.  Our Paula Newton reports.

Could it be that CNN was talking about Jewish honor killings? Or maybe Baptist, or Methodist, or Catholic, or Hindu, or Buddhist, or Jehovah's Witnesses, or ...   Oh, no, Christians, Jews, Hindus, Buddhist, and on and on do NOT commit honor killings, only ISLAM does.

And this is why honor killings will continue to happen in the western world, while morons like CNN continue to rail about the Christian right and its outrageous moves to save girl babies from being aborted.

Now that's a nifty trick. Being a journalist is getting trickier and trickier. I once read they had a rule book to observe about who they could or couldn't paint in a bad light.
