I read the article by Camille Paglia and found it quite interesting. She is no conservative but seems to have some common sense.

Heard today that Senator Clinton and a couple of left Governors are going to take on Palin. Can you believe this?
"Today, the Democrats have announced they will employ a troop of “female surrogates,” including Senator Clinton of New York, Governor Janet Napolitano of Arizona, and Governor Kathryn Sibelius of Kansas to take Governor Palin on and hopefully steal her thunder away from voters in battleground states."

Have also heard (has not been verified) that they are or have considered asking Biden to step down and put HC on the ticket. Don't think that would look to good on Nobama's character or lack thereof. Certainly does not speak well of his judgment.

They are running scared, therefore they are pulling out all the stops! We are in a war! We must not let up!

Great post as always

It really is amazing, they actually believe he's the second coming of Christ. There have been a lot of cults, but none so captivating as this one. Charles Manson couldn't hold a candle to this airbag.

Ralph E.

Three female surrogates from the Donkey-side, on one pore little scrappy momma from the north-country?

Well, O.K. Sounds like a fair fight. The boys aren't doing well. (Check our Krauthammer Post) reb

Republicans sometimes like to mix politics and religion. But for Democrats politics is religion."..most excellent Deb!

Americaneocon

Very well-researched post, and I'm checking some of the links now!

The left didn't expect McCain to chose a woman. They thought that he would play it safe and chose a man from a swing state.

So Obama is addressing Palin, not McCain and falling in the polls. That is because Americans don't like it when a man attacks a woman.

Maggie Thornton

Oh my...Oprah does go on, doesn't she?

Great post Debbie.

Faultline USA

"The Republicans and Conservatives deal in TRUTH, not smears and lies. That is only one difference in Conservatives and the Left."

Debbie great article!!!

Liz [layla]

The left needs to shut-up! I am so sick of their lies and slander. It is getting to the point it is so out there they look like hate mongers - which they are, but this has gone too far.

NYSmike

I take issue with your headline only because not all democrats feel the way the far left fringe do. Other than that...carry on!

Steve Harkonnen

Indeed, Obama is tumbling in the polls. There's even a liberal at work I know, and she's voting for McCain.

Sorry I haven't been around, been working on my book. I recently posted earlier this morning on my blog.

Debbie

Steve: Welcome back, I hope the book is going well.

NYSmike: Excellent point, I should have said "Liberals" rather than "Democrats".

Thanks everybody.

Always On Watch

Obama's tactics are sinking his campaign.

Thanks for the link, Debbie!

I just want to say. I don't like palin, because in the bible there is a passage refering to those that cannot efficiently "keep" their families are not fit to be elders. (let alone help rule a counrty - her daughter)
And I dont want her to die. That's stupid and crazy. Only people that have no true way of expressing their feelings stoop to that level.
So don't write something that implies that all democrats want her to die.
