Reports quote information that certified copies of a Kenyan Birth Certificate (BC) for Obama were sent from Kenya, and have been received by three separate individuals.
And that these documents are certified, with an embossed seal, and display the name of the hospital where Obama was born, as well as witness signatures.It has been asserted by a number of sources, including Andy Martin, that Barack Hussein Obama was born in Mombasa, Kenya and not in Hawaii.
Philip Berg’s Latest Motion to the Court is more explicit since it gives an exact Place of Birth. I must assume that Berg did not simply pluck the Location out of thin air, Mombasa has more than one Hospital, though Coast Provincial General was the best in 1961.

Unless he has taken the Oath of Allegiance as a Naturalized Citizen since he was 18 years old, and if he was born in Mombasa, Kenya, Barack Hussein Obama II would not be a US Citizen, period. Please enlighten me and tell me how those Forensic Experts did that examination. They made copies from the website or they looked long and hard at the birth certificate and made their decision?
They certainly did not have the original document. Without being in possession of the actual document how did those "experts" make an accurate, professional and unbiased decision? My understanding is that while faxes and copies are sometimes used when absolutely necessary, the original document provides information that no copy or fax could possibly provide. So please tell me how those experts reached that decision.

Assuming he was born in Kenya but then left Kenya before Independence I think you will find that he would not have automatically become a Kenyan Citizen when the Union Jack was hauled down. I'm no expert but I guess he would have been a Citizen of UK and Colonies by birth and could still be a British Overseas Citizen. A Brit in the Oval Office? Watch out for signs of afternoon tea rituals!

Health Department Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino said Friday she and the registrar of vital statistics, Alvin Onaka, have personally verified that the health department holds Obama's original birth certificate.
Fukino says that no state official, including Republican Gov. Linda Lingle, ever instructed that Obama's certificate be handled differently.
She says state law bars release of a certified birth certificate to anyone who does not have a tangible interest.
Some Obama critics claim he was not born in the US.
Earlier Friday, a southwest Ohio magistrate rejected a challenge to Obama's citizenship. Judges in Seattle and Philadelphia recently dismissed similar suits.

I believe the People Have Spoken!! He won. I don't believe he has enough power or influence or to deceive the Federal Government. The constitution can be Amended, can't it? His Patrioticism is truly not in question. Arnold S. to me is a great American born elsewhere but he has proven his allegiance to the US. And I believe if the country wanted him to be President he should be allowed to run. The Constitution didn't recognize Indians and Blacks as being human. So much for an outdated piece of paper with wonderful merit though. The paper was a great start. 1776 is over it is now 2008.

hillary does know obama is an indonesian, thats why she is in his administratrion as secretary of state. Remember that secret meeting she and obama had in diane feinsteins home, where they both lost their secret guard? She told him she would expose him if he didnt make her secretatry of State and put certain people in his administration.

Some deep pocket power put him in office and now he is working to make the country defenceless. When he has weakened the country till a Musliem power can take over he will be a rich and powerful person because he has already said he will side with the Musliems. In his words "The United States is a Musliem, Christian Country" In any of my readings from any of my schooling I have never, ever seen this!If this article is true why will Obama not just produce his birth cirt. so we can go on but he cannot because he is an alien. I pray we get a real American in office so we can put America back on her feet again! Our constitution gives us freedom of religion but also in this country the freedom to be monitored in that freedom.
