Apologies for lack of posting, my laptop crashed and I'm still trying to get programs re-installed. Can't do anything until I get Dell tech support on the phone again. I'm using hubby's laptop now. Outlook Express won't work, Internet Explorer won't work, can't install my camera software, ...
Yes it's an operating system problem WINDOWS sucks.
We did have a wonderful Thanksgiving and we now have a new addition to the family, Penelope the Beagle.
She is so sweet. I will post pictures when I get the laptop working again.

I had a similar problem when Firefox upgraded. Norton was incompatible with that upgrade.
I had to get Norton uninstalled -- not an easy task -- and ended up sending my laptop to my guru Warren.
