Radical Leftist Appointments

Barack Obama has appointed Harry Knox to his Advisory Council on Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships, a group started by former President George W. Bush.  Obama's connections to far left, pro-abortion, pro-gay, pro-Islam, pro-Palestinian groups is well known. What seems over-the-top is not just Obama's connections to and support from these groups is the intentional pursuit of individuals from groups like the Muslim Brotherhood and Obama putting them in key positions in his administration and important agencies.

One interesting connection is Dr. John Esposito, a long time defender of the Muslim Brotherhood  and the head of the Saudi-financed Georgetown University Prince Alwaleed bin Talal Center for Muslim-Christian Understanding at the Walsh School of Foreign Service and denier of radical Islam.  The Muslim Brotherhood has many umbrella groups, all which want to wipe out America as we know her and establish a Muslim caliphate with sharia law ruling.

[snip]   Dr. Esposito has at least a dozen past or present affiliations with global Muslim Brotherhood/Hamas organizations including having served on the advisory boards of the Institute of Islamic Political Thought in the U.K. and the United Association for Studies and Research in the U.S. and has served with global Muslim Brotherhood leader Youssef Qaradawi on the Steering Committee of the Circle of Tradition and Progress. In 2005, Saudi prince Alaweed bin Talal, a financial supporter of the global Muslim Brotherhood donated $20 million to the Center for Muslim Christian Understanding at Georgetown, headed by Dr. Esposito. Despite these many ties to the global Brotherhood, Dr. Esposito claimed significant gaps in his knowledge about the Brotherhood while testifying in the retrial of the Holy Land Foundation terrorism financing case.  (Family Security Matters)

According to the website of the Center for the Study of Islam and Democracy (CSID), Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is scheduled to give the keynote address at the organization’s 10th annual conference on May 5th. Also scheduled to attend the conference as a panelist and//or moderator is Dr. Kemal Al-Helbawy, a leader in the global Muslim Brotherhood who has defended the terrorist targeting of Israeli children and who in 1996 was denied entrance into the U.S. 

Douglas Farah has a great article listing some of the Muslim Brotherhood groups, connections, and intentions.  Farah points out that Obama named Dalia Mogahed as one of the Muslim members of the President’s Advisory Council Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partnerships. She is (surprised gasps all around) an Esposito protégé.

Ms. Mogahed, who was born in Egypt and lived in the U.S. since the age of 5, is the executive director of the Gallup Center for Muslim Studies and the co-author of a book with Dr. Esposito suggesting that majority of the world’s Muslims support some form of democracy. Dr. Esposito is also a member of the Gallup Center along with Ahmed Younis, previously a National Director for the Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC), part of the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood. In 2003, Ms. Mogahed was identified in 2003 as the Outreach Coordinator for the Islamic Center of Pittsburgh (ICP) whose co-founder recently lost a DOE security clearance and whose Imam will probably be deported on immigration violations. Ms. Mogahed is the daughter of Elsayed Mogahed, an Egyptian immigrant who is a former engineering scientist at the University of Wisconsin and director of the Islamic Center of Madison (ICM). The website of the ICM links mainly to U.S. Muslim Brotherhood organizations and Souheil Ghannouchi, the President of the Muslim American Society (MAS), was ICM Imam and President for several years. The MAS is part of the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood and closest to the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood.  (more)

On Harry Knox, David Limbaugh says:

Knox is the militant homosexual activist who, just last month, called Pope Benedict XVI and certain Catholic bishops "discredited leaders" for opposing same-sex marriage. He said the Knights of Columbus are "foot soldiers of a discredited army of oppression" because they supported California's Proposition 8 ballot initiative to amend the state constitution to define marriage as between a man and a woman.

Are we wrong to assume that Knox and others on the council will blacklist for funding any faith-based groups that oppose same-sex marriage? That's certainly been the MO of the LGBT community in the past, as they have systematically demonized the Boy Scouts and anyone remotely associated with them. It seems that Knox and his ilk are more likely than any faith-based groups he condemns to practice bigotry or discrimination.  (continue)

Some other members of the council are Rev. Otis Moss Jr., the father of the Rev. Jeremiah Wright's replacement at Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago, Rev. Otis Moss III;    Rabbi David Saperstein who favors partial-birth abortion and all forms of sexual orientation and gender identity;   and Rev. Jim Wallis.

United States President Barack Hussein Soetoro-Ng Obama has 11 half brothers and sisters by his father by four partners other than Obama's mother. Some sources indicate that there are only 8 other siblings living, 2 deceased.   Obama's brother, Samson Obama, a Kenyan national, was arrested tried to enter Britain while he was on his way to Washington, D.C. for his brother's Presidential Inauguration on January 20th, when he was detained on an accusation that he attempted to sexually assault on a young British girl.  Samson Obama was carrying a false ID.  (The Sun Times, more here)

Barack Obama's stepbrother-in-law, Ian Manners, said Samson Obama maintained the allegations linking him to a sex attack were "absolute lies," saying he was involved in a bar fight that "had nothing to do with any young girls."  (UPI)

We have already been introduced to brothers George -- lost brother found during the campaign, later arrested for possession of marijuana a/k/a,cannabis, known locally as bhang--  living on $1.00 a month in huts in Kenya, and Roy.  Supposedly there is a brother in China and we all know about Obama's aunt is an illegal alien here in the United States, and has been ordered to be deported more than once -- yes she is still here. 

We all have relatives that we're not exactly proud of.  It does seem strange to me that during the campaign Obama would work so hard to separate himself from his history, family and Islam, -- and now make such efforts to purposefully seek out those connected to radical groups and put them in positions of power and in his administration.

Something smells very fishy.

Obviously a lot more than we'd like to think about.

And yet no one asks why Hussein is raking in thousands a year, waffles on about the poor etc when his own brother is scratching around in the dirt.

The fellow stank from the campaign days and still stinks, now we're just having to live with him. Thanks to the media and the ignorant masses. Heaven help us all.
