It is a real shame that Americans must turn to UK press for the truth:
Bloodless President Barack Obama makes Americans wistful for George W Bush - Barack Obama's reaction to bad news is to play it so cool that Americans yearn for a bit more drama - and some even for his predecessor, writes Toby Harnden in Washington.(The Telegraph)
During the election campaign, Barack Obama's cool detachment was a winning quality, the "No Drama Obama" a welcome contrast with the "Mr Angry" John McCain, never mind the hot-headed "I'm the decider" President George W Bush.
A year into his presidency, however, Mr Obama seems a curiously bloodless president. If he experiences passion, he seldom shows it. It is often anyone's guess as to whether an event or issue truly moves him.
He has spent more than two months considering a troop increase but do we know how he really feels about the Afghan war?
In a sign that the Obama honeymoon truly is over, I began to hear this week the first stirrings of a wistfulness about Mr Bush. "I never thought I'd hear myself say it," one Democrat told me. "But Obama makes you feel that at least with Bush you knew where he was on something."
BUT WAIT!!!
Obama has shown that he is passionate about health care, he is passionate about Muslims, he is passionate about hating Fox News, he is passionate about hating America, he is passionate about destroying anyone who does not agree with him -- completely destroying them.
From Nuke Gingrich and the Examiner: Obama calls tea partiers “extremists”.
… but warns against “jumping to conclusions” when an Islamic radical commits mass murder on a U.S. base.
Kevin Hall writes in the examiner
President Obama called the tea partiers “extremists” in front of Democrat House members. Rep. Earl Blumenauer of Oregon said the President asked them, “Does anybody think that the teabag, anti-government people are going to support them if they bring down health care? All it will do is confuse and dispirit” Democratic voters “and it will encourage the extremists.”Our President believes middle-aged, middle-class, Americans who exercise their First Amendment rights are “extremists”, but warns against “jumping to conclusions” when an Islamic radical commits mass murder on a U.S. base.

"Obama has shown that he is passionate about health care, he is passionate about Muslims, he is passionate about hating Fox News, he is passionate about hating America, he is passionate about destroying anyone who does not agree with him -- completely destroying them."
Exactly, the coolness and detachment is just a smokescreen, what lies beneath is passion, but for all the wrong things. Things that undermine the western world.

Debbie....the families of Fort Hood victims must be reeling from this pathetic excuse for a President!

This President is reqularly on the wrong side of an issue. The fact that he refuses to make a decision in Afghanistan and doesn't want to take sides against terrorism in the Middle East or even here at home should be glaring errors of judgement apparent even to libs. It is becoming increasingly apparent to independents anyway...
