MUSLIM PARAMILITARY COMPOUND IN VIRGINIA ESCAPES FEDERAL SCRUTINY

FEDS OVERLOOK MUSLIM MILITIAS

NAPOLITANO OBLIVIOUS TO REAL THREAT

While nine members of a Christian militia in Michigan have been arrested on charges of seditious conspiracy, the federal government, under Attorney General Janet Napolitano, has opted to turn a blind-eye to the Muslim militias that Jamaat ul-Fuqra, a group led by Sheik Mubarek Gilani of Pakistan, has been established throughout the country.

One of the most troublesome of Muslim militias is headquartered in a paramilitary compound on the outskirts of Red House, Virginia.

Prior to 9/11, the Red House compound was under federal surveillance for stockpiling weapons. In 2003, Vincente Pierre, the leader of the compound, his wife Tracy Upshur, and Abdullah Ben Benu were arrested for illegal arms purchases.

After 9/11, the Beltway snipers John Allen Muhammed and Lee Malvo reportedly holed up the Red House complex between their terror attacks.

Virginia law enforcement officers have reported that the residents of the compound remain in a state of flux – - here one day and gone the next. This observation has led them to speculate that the shacks and trailers throughout the compound serve as safe houses for Islamic terrorists.

Investigators from The Last Crusade paid a visit to the compound and amassed the following information:

(1). The complex, like Islamberg, contains an underground bunker system that could be used for paramilitary training and possibly to harbor deadly weapons, even radiological and nuclear devises, for use in the great jihad against Christians and Jews. Twenty-four members of this Jamaat ul-Fuqra complex already have been arrested for trafficking in illegal firearms, including the ammunition for AK-47s.

(2). Members of the compound have been sent to Pakistan and Afghanistan for specialized training in guerilla warfare – - a fact confirmed by Thomas P. Gallagher, a Special Agent for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms.

(3). The Red House compound regularly receives visits from suspicious guests from Egypt, Yemen, Saudi Arabia, and Pakistan.

(4). Gunfire from automatic weapons can be heard coming from the site. Wasi, the so-called “Mayor” of the settlement, admitted to Fox News that there are shooting ranges within the compound and that the residents are armed. “It’s America. It’s perfectly legal,” he said. When question about the guns at Red House, Thomas Jones, Sheriff of Charlotte County, said: “Well if they use them to hunt, I don’t know. But they’ve admitted they use them for target practicing. And they are semi-automatic.”

(5) With so many Muslims coming and going from the compound, law enforcement officials are not sure who is living in the compound and who is training on the firing range. Since ul-Fuqra has been actively engaged in recruiting prisoners, many residents may be ex felons, who are prohibited by law from possessing firearms and from associating with other ex-convicts. “They stay awhile,” says Sheriff Jones, “and it’s kind of a wayside for some of them. Traveling through from, I guess, one Muslim compound to another.”

Members of the Red House compound were recently involved in a $7 million fraud scheme. Under the name of “Talib’s Sportswear,” they sold counterfeit-label clothing to retail merchants throughout the country. The prove into the Talib firm led the arrests of Ronald Gerald “Talib” Roundtree and his wives Berna Robbin, Terri Lynn Singleton, and Keisha Janelle Simms, who reside on “Fatima Lane” in Red House.

Also taken into custody was William Statts, a board member of the Muslims of the First State, Inc., a newly created non-profit organization that Jamaat ul-Fuqra associates established in Delaware. Statts has a long criminal history, including arrests and convictions for felony thefts, possession of illegal firearms, drug trafficking, and fraud. Also collared were Ismail Haqq, Cherubin Pierre, and Eric Harmon of Meherrin, Virginia.

The arrests brought to light several developments that had taken place under the radar of local law enforcement and press officials. The members of Red House are not only engaged in criminal activity but also the practice of polygamy. The addresses of Talib’s wives provided evidence that a host of other compounds have been established in the wilds of southern Virginia.

This working paper by Veronique de Rugy, a senior research fellow at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University, analyzes the disbursement of funds authorized through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. Using recipient report data from Recovery.gov and economic and political data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the Census Bureau, GovTrack.us, and others, we have compiled a series of facts about stimulus spending. This report is simply to make use of the tens of thousands of stimulus recipient reports recently published on Recovery.gov, and to put the aggregate information contained in those reports in a larger context. This report will become part of a regular series as new recipient reports are released each quarter.

Here are a few of the facts you will find in the report:

-  Every job created or saved during this period cost an average of $285,814.61 per job.

-  Democratic districts on average received 1.53 times the amount of rewards than Republican districts.

-  Public entities are receiving fewer contracts, but there is a higher average dollar value on public awards.

Obama's plan offers few concessions to environmentalists, who have been strident in their opposition to more oil platforms off the nation's shores. Hinted at for months, the plan modifies a ban that for more than 20 years has limited drilling along coastal areas other than the Gulf of Mexico. ...

Obama is allowing an expansion in Alaska's Cook Inlet to go forward. The plan also would leave in place the moratorium on drilling off the West Coast. ...

In addition, the Interior Department has prepared a plan to add drilling platforms in the eastern Gulf of Mexico if Congress allows that moratorium to expire. Lawmakers in 2008 allowed a similar moratorium to expire; at the time President George W. Bush lifted the ban, which opened the door to Obama's change in policy.

Under Obama's plan, drilling could take place 125 miles from Florida's Gulf coastline if lawmakers allow the moratorium to expire. Drilling already takes place in western and central areas in the Gulf of Mexico.  (My Way News)

MasterCard offers card aimed at Muslims   National Post hat tip Jane, via Atlas Shrugs.

MasterCard creates Islamic debt card.  If you know anything about Islam, you know that debt is haram, and that they have their own sharia banking system.  Apparently MasterCard did not do their homework.  Muslim Rage Boy must be so happy.  According to one commenter at Atlas Shrugs:

It is not a CC. It is a pre-paid gift card or at best a debit card with a CC logo.

What it allows though is easier money laundering. A person can move $$ between countries. Credit cards can also be used that way except that it appears Jihadis haven't used them because of Islamic law. SO now they can.

Did you get your Census form?

Apparently not everyone received a Census form.  The following is an email from a reader, where an entire apartment complex did not receive census forms and apparently cannot get them.  Also see my response and information I found after the email:

I live in an apartment complex in Norcross, Georgia.  Norcross is just outside Atlanta.  The complex has 460 unites – about 1,000 residents.  Not one resident in the complex has received their 2010 Census form.  The forms are due back on April 1^st.

 

The Census has two primary functions. 

 

One Function is Constitutional.  That is to distribute political power.  We are a representative democracy and accurate distribution of political power is a cornerstone of our Republic.

 

The second is statutory (written into law).  That is to distribute federal funds.

 

Both are critical to Norcross and Gwinnett County.

 

This apartment community (The Conservatory) has been here for 25 years so it's not as though they don't know we are here.  Long time residents recall receiving their 1990 and 2000 census forms.

 

Why have we not received our census 2010 forms?  I can think of only two reasons: 

 

1:  Maybe Incompetence.  Which would be remarkable since the Federal government is spending 14.7 billion on the census.

 

2: Maybe the administration is planning on using statistical sampling which was outlawed by the  United States Supreme Court (for congressional apportionment) prior to the 2000 census.

Diana Davis of WSB-TV did a story on the problem.  The Census Bureau representative would not do an on-camera interview but when he was asked by Diana what went wrong she was told “nothing had”  He said “the residents can go online to find a help center.”

“Nothing had” gone wrong?  Breathtaking!

Our government wants to take over our healthcare system.  My God, they can’t even count!

I can just see a family asking “what went wrong?” after a loved one dies after a minor illness. 

“Nothing”. 

God help us.

PS.  The Census Bureau online help center says you can’t fill out the form online.  Plus, many residents don’t even have internet access.

The lines will be open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (your local time) seven days a week from February 25, 2010 through July 30, 2010. For the hearing-impaired, TDD 1-866-783-2010 (during the times noted above).

Is there another way to get the form other than the mail?

Be Counted forms are census forms that are available at various community locations for use by people who either did not receive a form in the mail or whose information was not collected on any other form. Be Counted forms are available in English, Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese and Russian. These forms can be picked up in various community locations and mailed back in the attached postage-paid envelope.

Can I fill the form out online?

No, not this time. We are experimenting with Internet response options for the future

What if I don't fill in the form?

Many residents who do not complete and return a 2010 Census form will receive a replacement form. If no form is mailed back, residents can expect a personal visit from a census taker some time after March 2010. The census taker will ask you the questions on the form, record your answers and then submit the form for your household. Learn more about the census taker.

Residents who did not receive the census forms can pick them up and fill them out at the library, or residents who did receive the forms but have questions may receive instruction. Even residents who have already sent the forms in but believe they made errors, can speak with Census representatives and re-submit their information. They will be in the Gibbing Room of the Utica Public Library the following dates and times: March 19 11-3:30 March 23, 30, and April 6 and 13 11-7:00 March 25, and April 1, 8, and 15 10-5:30

Q: What should I do if I still have not received a form?

A: Be patient. Census officials are asking people to wait a little longer, because forms are still being delivered — although the bureau started mailing forms in early March. If you did not get your original form, a replacement may be on its way. If a form still has not arrived by April 12, then you can contact one of the bureau's 2010 toll-free help lines. The bureau also has opened assistance centers where forms can be completed in person through April 19. The addresses and phone numbers can be found on the bureau's Web site at 2010census.gov.

From the Norcross, Georgia website:

...  Starting March 22, visitors to the 2010 Census Web site will be able to track how well their communities are participating in the census on a daily basis. Communities will even be able to embed a Web-based tool on their own Web sites that automatically updates the daily rates. An interactive Google-based map is now online that allows visitors to find out how well their communities did in the 2000 Census.

I hope this helps those who have not received their forms yet.  We're looking for feedback from readers.

Hate Crimes Against Black Republicans

DO DEMOCRATS COMMIT HATE CRIMES AGAINST BLACK REPUBLICANS?

Racists!  That incendiary charge hurled by Democrats at Tea Party activists protesting against ObamaCare was shown to be totally false by Jack Cashill in his article "A Closer Look at the Capitol Steps Conspiracy".    

Given the Democratic Party's 150-year record of racist rhetoric and racial violence - from the days of slavery until today - it is astonishing to see Democrats sanctimoniously playing the race card.   A display of unmitigated gall describes how Democrats are falsely comparing anti-ObamaCare protestors to the anti-civil rights racists of the 1960's who were Democrats.  Democrats get away with this racial hypocrisy because they know with absolute certainty that the true history of civil rights has long been buried, and the racism exhibited today by Democrats against blacks, particularly black Republicans, will be ignored by the mainstream media.   

For instance, the liberal media expressed no outrage and not one word of condemnation was uttered by any Democrat after SEIU (Service Employees International Union) thugs attacked Kenneth Gladney, a black man.  Gladney was beaten, kicked and called a racist name while working as a vendor at a health care reform town hall meeting in St. Louis on August 6, 2009 called by U.S. Rep. Democrat Russ Carnahan.    

The assault was a calculated attempt to intimidate and silence Tea Party protestors and town hall activists.  On the morning of the Gladney attack, the White House presented to Senate Democrats a “battle plan” to quell the protests.  The advice given to the Democrats by the White House was to "punch back twice as hard", and the first casualty was Kenneth Gladney.  In the emergency room of the St. John's Mercy Medical Center, Gladney was treated for injuries to his knee, back, elbow, shoulder and face suffered in the attack.    

The six people arrested in the Gladney case, including a Post-Dispatch reporter, were charged with mere misdemeanor ordinance violations, with a total of ten charges spread out among the six offenders.  Not one Democrat rushed to a microphone to denounce the attack against Gladney as a "hate crime".    

Based on the lack of any outrage by Democrats over the Gladney beating, it seems that the newly enacted "hate crime" legislation pushed by Democrats would not apply to cases of hateful brutality against black Republicans.  The Hate Crimes Prevention Act was signed into law by President Barack Obama on October 28, 2009 and is designed to punish crimes of violence against people because of their race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or disability.  

At the core of why Democrats are feverishly painting conservatives and Republicans as racist, especially Tea Party activists, is the need to divert the public's attention away from the fact that President Barack Obama and the Democrats in control of Congress are slowly and deliberately transforming America from a free society with a representative form of government into a socialist dictatorship.  A move applauded by the Cuban Communist dictator Fidel Castro.    

Obama is now governing as a hard-core leftist, after campaigning for president as a centrist.  His cynical charade was designed to convince the majority of white Americans to vote for him, the very citizens Obama now castigates as racist.
 
What Obama and the Democrats are ignoring while trying to silence protestors with charges of racism is the fact that average American citizens are angry because they do not want socialism.  They understand that ObamaCare and Obama's out-of-control spending will produce massive deficits, high costs for consumer goods and fewer jobs.  Citizens have tried to communicate this message to Obama and the Democrats in every way possible, from protesting in record numbers to historic votes against Democrats in New Jersey, Virginia and Massachusetts.
 
Obama and the Democrats have chosen, at their peril, to ignore the will of the people and enact the economy-wrecking ObamaCare with one-party rule, bribing unprincipled Democrats with sleazy deals.
 
The powerful video posted on YouTube called "America Rising: An Open Letter to Democrat Politicians Patriotic Resistance" implores Americans to hold Democrats accountable in the 2010 elections.
 
A video posted on YouTube called "We The People" provides an inspiring call for us to take back our country from the socialists.   

In the spirit of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., this call is made for all Americans to unite, engage in nonviolent civil disobedience and vote in November to stop the Democrats from shredding our Constitution and governing without the consent of the governed.    

History shows that during the 1960's Democrats used racist slurs and brutality against Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., a Republican until the day he died, and other nonviolent activists who were trying to stop the Democrats from denying civil rights to black Americans.  Today, Democrats are using similar reprehensible tactics against conservatives and Republicans, especially black Republicans, who are trying to stop the Democrats from stripping civil liberties from all Americans.  

While claiming to be racially sensitive, Democrats use racist invectives to denigrate black Republicans, demeaning them as "sellouts", "Uncle Toms", "House Negroes", "House N-word", or worse.  The list of black Republicans attacked by Democrats is long and includes RNC Chairman Michael Steel, Dr. Condoleezza Rice, General Colin Powell and Justice Clarence Thomas. 

On the left-wing Internet website called "The News Blog," Democrats posted a doctored photograph of  RNC Chairman Michael Steele while he was the Lt. Governor of Maryland and running for a Senate seat.  Democrats depicted Steele as a "Simple Sambo" with a blackened minstrel-style face, nappy hair and big, think red lips. The cartoon caption read: "Simple Sambo wants to move to the big house". This contemptible racist stereotype is the same one Democrats used to demean black men during the era of slavery and segregation. 

Dr. Condoleezza Rice was the object of particularly vicious racist attacks by Democrats.  In addition to several other appalling images of Dr. Rice produced by several Democrats, cartoonist Jeff Danziger denigrated Dr. Rice as an ignorant, barefoot "mammy", reminiscent of the stereotyped black woman in the movie "Gone with the Wind" about the slave era black woman who remarked: "I don't know nothin' 'bout birthin' no babies". This is the type of racist stereotype Democrats used to demean black women during the era of slavery and segregation.   

A video was shot by WKRN Video Journalist Beau Fleenor at Tennessee State University in Nashville, Tennessee that shows Al Sharpton demeaning Gen. Powell and Dr. Rice, when Sharpton was asked to give his opinions about whether Powell and Rice were "House Negroes".   

An article that appeared in a Portland, Oregon paper was one of many exposing how hardly a ripple of protest was made by black Democrats when Harry Belafonte publicly denounced Gen. Powell as a "House Negro".   

Posted on the Internet is an article entitled "A Black Man, The Progressive's Perfect Trojan Horse" by black entertainer Lloyd Marcus exposing Democratic Party racism toward black Tea Party protestors.

The truth about Democratic Party racism can be harsh medicine, but is sorely needed to finally eject the race-baiting poison injected into our body politic by Democrats, the architects of modern-day racism.  As stated by author Michael Scheuer, the Democratic Party is the party of the four S's:  slavery secession, segregation and now socialism. A prominent pundit affirmed that the Republican Party is the party of the four F's:  family, faith, freedom and fairness.  Civil rights history details are in the NBRA Civil Rights Newsletter that is posted on the website of the National Black Republican Association.    

Written out of our history books are the following facts.  The Republican Party was started in 1854 as the anti-slavery party and, after the Civil War, Republicans amended the US Constitution to grant blacks freedom (13th Amendment), citizenship (14th Amendment) and the right to vote (15th Amendment).  Republicans then passed the civil rights laws to ensure blacks could exercise their Constitutional rights, including the Civil Rights Acts of 1866, 1867 and 1875.  After Democrats took control of Congress in 1892, Democrats passed the Repeal Act of 1894 that overturned civil rights legislation enacted by the Republicans.  It took Republicans nearly six decades to finally achieve passage of civil rights legislation in the 1950's and 1960's pushed through by Republican Senator Everett Dirksen over the objection of the Democrats.   

In addition to their reprehensible of record of fighting against civil rights legislation, Democrats have a long history of racial violence.  Recorded by liberal professor Dr. Eric Foner in his book "A Short History of Reconstruction", is the horrifying fact that Democrats started the Ku Klux Klan in 1866 to lynch and terrorize Republicans - black and white.  The Klan became the terrorist arm of the Democratic Party, killing over 2,000 black Republicans and over 1,000 white Republicans.   

The violence against the 1960's era civil rights protestors was inflicted by Democrats.  Democrat Public Safety Commissioner Eugene "Bull" Connor in Birmingham let loose vicious dogs and turned skin-burning fire hoses on black civil rights demonstrators. Democrat Georgia Governor Lester Maddox famously brandished ax handles to prevent blacks from patronizing his restaurant. In 1954, Democrat Arkansas Governor Orville Faubus tried to prevent desegregation of a Little Rock public school. Democrat Alabama Governor George Wallace stood in front of the Alabama schoolhouse in 1963 and thundered, "Segregation now, segregation tomorrow, segregation forever."    

All of these racist Democrats remained Democrats until the day they died. One survivor from that era, Democrat Senator Robert Byrd, a former recruiter in the Ku Klux Klan, is still a Democrat and a prominent leader in the Democrat-controlled Congress where he was honored by his fellow Democrats as the "conscience of the Senate."  It does not even make common sense to believe that after the Republicans spent over 150 years fighting the Democrats and won, the racist Democrats suddenly rushed into the arms of the Republicans.  In fact Democrats declared that they would rather vote for a "yellow dog" than any one in the Republican Party, the party for blacks.   

If our soldiers did and do voluntarily put their lives on the line to preserve our freedoms, then we can do no less.  If Dr. King had the courage to fight for civil rights for blacks in the face of racist slurs by Democrats and threats of imprisonment or death, then we surely have the courage to stand up for our civil liberties in the face of such threats. This we owe to ourselves, our country and future generations..

In the time of Obama, Black Panther members stand outside polling places in black commando uniforms, slapping truncheons into their palms.

ACORN - a taxpayer-supported organization is given a role in taking the census, even after its members were caught on tape offering advice to set up child prostitution rings.

A Communist is given a paid government position in the White House as an advisor to the president. Auto companies are taken over by the government, and the auto workers' union, whose contracts are completely insupportable in any economic sense is rewarded with a stake in the company. Government bails out Wall Street investment bankers and insurance companies who pay their executives outrageous bonuses as thanks for the public support. Terrorists are read Miranda rights and given free lawyers. And, despite overwhelming public disapproval, Barack Obama has pushed forward with a health care plan that would re-structure one-sixth of the American economy.

I am under no illusion that the Republican party is perfect, but at least they're starting to awaken to the fact that we cannot sustain massive levels of debt and hand out billions in corporate subsidies; we have to somehow trim our massive entitlement programs; we can no longer be the world's policeman and dole out aid to countries whose citizens seek to harm us.

Literally millions of Americans have had enough. They're organizing, they're studying the Constitution and the Federalist Papers, they're reading history and case law, they're showing up at rallies and meetings, and a slew of conservative candidates are throwing their hats into the ring. Is there a revolution brewing? Yes, in the sense that there is a keen awareness that our priorities and sensibilities must be radically re-structured.

Will it be a violent revolution? No. It will be done through the interpretation of the original document that has guided us for 220 years the Constitution. Just as the pendulum swung to embrace political correctness and liberalism, there will be a backlash. A hundred years from now, history will perceive the year 2010 as the time when America got back on the right track. And for that, we can thank Barack Hussein Obama.  (read it all)

Third Jewish Temple

According to the Last Crusade, a major campaign is underway for the construction of the Third Temple in Jerusalem, but there’s a big problem.  

The new temple must be built – - according to Jewish scripture – - on the site which presently contains the al-Aqsa Mosque and the Dome of the Rock, the oldest Islamic structures in the world.

This gives a new meaning to the phrase "next year in Jerusalem", which Barack Obama wants changed to next year in Israel.  Has anyone called Muslim rage boy yet?

It was bad enough for President Barack Hussein Soetoro Obama to insult and snub Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu last week, but French President Nicolas Sarkozy agreed with Obama, saying that the settlement activity in an area claimed by the Palestinians "contributes nothing."  Claimed doesn't mean squat.

It is well known that Sarkozy loves America, at least he loves visiting and vacationing here.  Apparently he is more socialistic that previously understood.

The Our Land of Israel group and other Jewish organizations are now calling for the leveling of these structures.  [snip]

The Muslims are responding by throwing eggs at the buses brandishing the call for the construction of the third temple as the vehicles travel through the predominatly Arab neighborhoods of east Jerusalem.

Rabbi Volpo says that Israel and millions of Jews are waiting breathlessly for the coming of the messiah and the rebuilding of the temple.

“The Arabs and President Obama know that the Temple will be built on the Temple Mount,” he said. “Instead of the temporary buildings that are there today.”

His words, according to Israeli sources, have resulted in a group of Palestinians hurling rocks and stones at non-Muslim visitors to the Temple Mount.

Despite the threat of violence, the Our Land of Israel group says that the new Temple will rise within a year.  (continue at the Last Crusade)

Netanyahu will be even more insistent that the building plans proceed as planned.

 

Obama portrays TEA party participants as birthers

While Barack Obama toned down his rhetoric concerning the TEA Party participants, he said he believes the TEA Party is built around a "core group" of people who question whether he is a U.S. citizen and believe he is a socialist.   No, Mr. President, the TEA party is not made up of those who question your citizenship.  There may be some in the group who do, just like there are those who think your policies are socialistic.  There are Republicans, Democrats, Independents, Conservatives, Moderates, ... all who are concerned that the government, under your administration, is taking on too much power, taking too much of our hard earned money, and putting demands on us that are not Constitutional.  That is who the TEA party participants are.

But beyond that, Obama tells NBC he recognizes the movement involves "folks who have legitimate concerns" about the national debt and whether the government is taking on too many difficult issues simultaneously.

In an interview broadcast Tuesday on NBC's "Today" show, Obama said he feels "there's still going to be a group at their core that question my legitimacy." But he said he didn't want to paint Tea Party activists "in broad brushes" and he hopes to win over members who have "mainstream, legitimate concerns."  (Bretbart)
