Grouch at Right Truth

How about a law to opt out of OBAMA altogether?

Maggie M. Thornton

Thank God the States are beginning to remember who they are, and protect their residents.

MK

I certainly hope it's true, it's hard to imagine that it's not. Imagine being forced to buy something for your own good. If that isn't liberal fascism at its finest then i don't know what is.

Teresa Collier

As of this date, Sunday March 21 at approximately 4:30 p.m., it appears Obamacare is well on its way towards approval by Congress. We must keep up the fight and challenge every part of this monstrosity in court.

the health care reform legislation allowing uninsured Americans the option to purchase affordable health insurance should be applauded - not repealed.

how many of these ridiculous "OBAMACARE" myths do you tea party obstructionists actually believe ?

- the health care reform law will ban private health insurance.
- the health care law reform law establishes death panels.
- the health care reform law is a government take over of health insurance.
- illegal immigrants will be getting free health care coverage.
- the IRS is hiring 16,000 agents to collect "Obamacare" fines and penalties.
- federal funds will be spent on abortions.
- there is an individual 'mandate'.
........................................................

-The health care reform law is NOT a government takeover of health insurance.
-there are no DEATH PANELS - and end of life consultations do not equate to death panels.
-allowing most uninsured Americans the option to purchase affordable health insurance does not equate to socialism or marxism.
-there is no health insurance coverage for illegal aliens in the Health Care reform law.
- the IRS is not hiring 16,000 agents to collect health care fines - The IRS has no authority to collect "Obamacare" fines - which is why there is no 'mandate'.
-and there is no federal funding for abortions in the health care reform law.
-there is no individual mandate in the health care reform law because there is no penalty or jail time for not paying the $695 fine if someone chooses not to purchase health inurance coverage.
.....................
Listening to Rick Perry, Michele Bachmann and Paul Ryan prattle about health care policy
is like listening to Bernie Madoff for financial investment advice.

The only polling data that matters regarding health care reform is the 53% of the American vote President Obama received on Nov 2, 2008 after campaigning extensively for health care reform vs Hillary and McCain in 2008.
