According to the Last Crusade, a major campaign is underway for the construction of the Third Temple in Jerusalem, but there’s a big problem.
The new temple must be built – - according to Jewish scripture – - on the site which presently contains the al-Aqsa Mosque and the Dome of the Rock, the oldest Islamic structures in the world.
This gives a new meaning to the phrase "next year in Jerusalem", which Barack Obama wants changed to next year in Israel. Has anyone called Muslim rage boy yet?
It was bad enough for President Barack Hussein Soetoro Obama to insult and snub Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu last week, but French President Nicolas Sarkozy agreed with Obama, saying that the settlement activity in an area claimed by the Palestinians
"contributes nothing." Claimed doesn't mean squat.
It is well known that Sarkozy loves America, at least he loves visiting and vacationing here. Apparently he is more socialistic that previously understood.
The Our Land of Israel group and other Jewish organizations are now calling for the leveling of these structures. [snip]
The Muslims are responding by throwing eggs at the buses brandishing the call for the construction of the third temple as the vehicles travel through the predominatly Arab neighborhoods of east Jerusalem.
Rabbi Volpo says that Israel and millions of Jews are waiting breathlessly for the coming of the messiah and the rebuilding of the temple.
“The Arabs and President Obama know that the Temple will be built on the Temple Mount,” he said. “Instead of the temporary buildings that are there today.”
His words, according to Israeli sources, have resulted in a group of Palestinians hurling rocks and stones at non-Muslim visitors to the Temple Mount.
Despite the threat of violence, the Our Land of Israel group says that the new Temple will rise within a year. (continue at the Last Crusade)
Netanyahu will be even more insistent that the building plans proceed as planned.

I live in Jerusalem and it is not eggs they throw! It is rocks and any damaging missiles they can think of. By the way, the "sling-shots" they used are an old weapon that can bring down a horse and kill a man easily. On a daily basis Jews are attacked--funny the media never seems to be aware of this.

Well yes, he is French after all. Besides, sarko just took the easy route, what does he care if israel is not really in the wrong. A free kick at them won't hurt him.

Isn't the construction of the third temple a sign of the end of times?
And, seriously - what business is it of France's - and our country - what Israel wants to do with their Jerusalem? If I were netanyahu I would proceed as planned and just shut down American and French intervention.

The third temple is not a Christian venture. It is primitive Christian--thus anti-Christ. Those that seek God in such a supposed end-times death wish are Satanically inspired.
