This month, the Tennessee Center for Policy Research published a policy report detailing the impact that cap and trade legislation could have on Tennessee's economy. The Tennessee Center for Policy Research recently hosted an event featuring John Fund, Wall Street Journal columnist and Fox News contributor. Fund spoke to more than 70 TCPR supporters about "How Obama Made the Same Mistakes as Clinton and Carter (But Worse)."
