U of P on the decline
By Tabitha Korol
Dr. Amy Gutman, president of The University of Pennsylvania, while disclaiming sponsorship, endorses PennBDS conference of hatred with her silence. The purpose of PennBDS (boycott, divestment, sanctions) is the delegitimization of Israel, the destruction of the only homeland for the Jewish people. Wittingly or unwittingly, but surely acknowledging Saudi funding totaling millions, the University is an enabler of a militant ideology whose ultimate goal could also destroy America, because Islam and democracy are completely incompatible.
Contrived issues of housing and “occupation” are merely tools of destruction. Islam’s ideology uses jihad to wage brutal wars to conquer vast expanses of land and subdue millions of indigenous people across the continents: Asia, Africa, Europe and the Americas. Muslims do not assimilate or live in peace with others, and the surviving vanquished join forces with the murderers – a unique, permanent Islamic institution.
The Koran instructs its Mohammedan followers to kill Jews and Christians in order to expropriate land for Islam. When their numbers are insufficient to win by violence, Muslims use psychological warfare, beginning with inculcating intense hatred into each new generation. Since 1993, the Abu Mazen/Arafat regime of the Palestinian Authority has indoctrinated an entire generation with terrorist-driven, hate education and incitement via their schools, mosques and media. Unconcerned with the destruction of the childhood of their innocents, they use their children to wage a revisionist historical offensive against the Jewish people. They are aided and abetted by scholars, religious and political leaders, journalists from the Saudi-funded media) and psychologically-damaged, self-despising Jews.
They and their accomplices conspire to discredit thousands of years of authentication from Jewish, Muslim, and Christian scriptures; archaeology, Assyriology, Egyptology; ancient, medieval and modern historical sources, all of which prove the immutable historical Jewish connection to the land of Israel. They openly accuse Israel of myriad false human rights violations, which actually serve to deflect from the inhumane treatment that Muslims foist upon their own.
Concurrently, Muslim Brotherhood and CAIR work to curb freedom of speech, thereby inhibiting the media and the masses from exposing the worldwide conquest perpetrated by Muslims. So the uninformed rarely learn the full extent of when Muslims kill millions worldwide, and the masses are blindsided and remain deceived about Israel.
The pseudo-history and poisonous fabrications that steal the past are designed to ensure that the Jews will have no homeland of their own. This is conceptual genocide on the Jewish people, and there is no one in the University to stand up and reject the material as malicious and factually incorrect – and potentially injurious to Jewish/Israeli students. With the administration’s silence, propaganda masquerades as scholarship, and the facility is complicit in working to destroy an entire nation and her people.
What the Christian population fails to realize or acknowledge is that Islam is a replacement theocracy. If the Muslims succeed in delegitimizing the history of the Jewish people, they will have also destroyed the foundation of Christianity, and Islam will proceed on the road to world domination.
These are facts you should know: The majority of today’s Arab population of Israel, the West Bank and Gaza, can be traced back no more than 150 years. None other than the Israelites ever left a record that survived into the modern era, and the earliest reference to ancient Israelites in extra-Biblical history is the appearance of the name “Israel” in the Mernephtah stele, a granite slab created around 1200 BCE, referring to the Egyptian King Mernephtah’s military victory over an “Israelite people” living in the north-central Israel highlands. And, ironically, there are a number of well-known Koranic references to the high antiquity of the Israelites!
Beginning in the 1880s, Arab nationalists actually refused to use the term “Palestine” because the area was Southern Syria. The Grand Mufti Hajj Muhammad Amin Al Husseini, the most vitriolic voice of his day, opposed the British Mandate because it created “Palestine” separate from Syria; Syria’s President Hafez al-Assad concurred in 1974. PLO member Zahir Muhsein was quoted in the Dutch newspaper Thouw: “The Palestinian people does not exist. The creation of a Palestinian state is only a means for continuing our struggle against the state or Israel for our Arab unity… Only for political and tactical reasons do we speak about the existence of a Palestinian people, since Arab national interests demand that we posit the existence of a distinct ‘Palestinian people’ to oppose Zionism “
The entire endeavor to steal Israel’s history and replace it with a fictitious Palestinian narrative is war by any means, and, as in all wars, the first casualty is the truth.
Is there no moral obligation to teach truth and save the democratic State of Israel, which ultimately translates into saving our own US? History proves what the scourge of Islam has done to the previous peoples of the Middle East and Africa, and how it is now changing the face and character of Europe. Does Dr. Gutman believe that we Americans are immune if we only acquiesce to forfeiting Israel to Islam, they same way Neville Chamberlain gave Czechoslovakia to the Nazis? Wherever Muslims have migrated, bringing their destructive culture with them, eschewing assimilation and making demands to Islamize their host countries, concessions have only helped to strengthen their resolve and achieve their goal of conquest. Spain was the only one to reverse the process, but it took them from 711 to 1492 to do so!
The mission of America is to be the leader of the free world, and your University’s mission should be to teach the purpose of our nation, to imbue our students with American ideals to establish, support and defend freedom, and deny submission, subjugation and religious tyranny.
Dr. Gutman, you have been entrusted by the parents to teach the truth and America’s democratic ideals to their children, yet you welcome the enemies of those ideals, those who destroyed the Twin Towers and the lives of 3,000 Americans and their families. What type of mindset permits one to join forces with those who demonize the only democracy in the Middle East and our own? I urge you to rethink your position as an American and stand against the religious tyranny that is taking root in your school and in our land.
Be reminded: Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.

UPDATE I
via Tabitha Korol:
This was my second essay to the U of Penn.
I called this one: U P ON A DOWNWARD SPIRAL
Dear President Gutmann:
I am appalled that an American University would deign to allow the demonization of a democratic ally by those who represent terrorism and despotism. Their purpose is to use Israel for 58th totalitarian nation, and continue the hatred of Jews (and Christians) since Muhammad’s failure to convert the citizens of Mecca and Medina to Islam during the 7th century. Your inaction is encouraging the annihilation of the Jewish people. Your torpor supports terrorism and anti-Semitic, anti-American, and anti-Western ideologies. And, just as the University has never taken a stand against any other country (not even the truly decadent, tyrannical Muslim countries that live off the booty gained from the death and destruction they cause), you have no business supporting the hate message against the democratic state of Israel.
And why would the school be complicit as these revisionists brazenly rewrite history to suit their purpose? They are erasing thousands of years of Jewish history to invent their own, despite Biblical and other centuries of documentation. In 1977, Zahir Muhsein, member of the PLO Executive Committee said in an interview, “The Palestinian people does not exist. The creation of a Palestinian state is only a means of continuing our struggle against the State of Israel . . . Only for political and tactical reasons do we speak about the existence of the Palestinian people.” You are aiding and abetting these Muslims who use violence and psychological warfare against the Jews to usurp the balance of the Middle East.
Your scheduled speakers deny the violence of Hamas and accuse Jews of the evil that has characterized Islam for 1400 years. Israel reclaimed her homeland in 1948 historically, legally and morally; and seven Arab nations attacked immediately and lost their war. Arabs who stayed became 20% of Israel’s citizens, as did 900,000 Jewish immigrants who fled Arab persecution. The Arabs who left Israel on Arab orders should have been absorbed by their brethren, but were kept as pawns to fulfill their Koranic order for conquest. They named themselves Palestinians after losing yet another war they began (1967) to create a false connection to the land. The Philistines disappeared by 5 BCE; these people are not their descendants.
Hamid Dabashi noted Israel’s exceptionalism – proven by her humanitarianism worldwide, her compassion to aid all (Ethiopians, Eritreans, Sudanese fleeing Muslim violence), her achievements in medicine, technology, communication, science, research, books published, entrepreneurial successes – earning exceptional international recognition with Nobel prizes. These are the people you are helping to betray!
Muslims are also exceptional, excelling in torture, slavery, beheadings, suicide missions, childhood abuse and military training; and killing homosexuals, apostates, wives and mothers who “disobey” and “dishonor.” The leaders slaughter their subjects, and the subjects slaughter each other in sectarian wars. These are people you support.
Islamists insist on commercializing and exploiting a fabricated victimhood to gain worldwide pity and exorbitant financial aid. Since 1948, the same time as Israel’s statehood, the “Palestinians” created no world for themselves. They’ve usurped the antiquities of others or destroy them completely, while complaining about Israeli occupation that ended years ago. Their entire raison d’etre is killing Jews and acquiring more land – and then do nothing of value with the land and nothing to improve their lives. When the Palestinians require healthcare, they go to Israel’s hospitals.
Dr. Guttmann, if the University and the BDSers were sincere about Arab oppression, then you would be focusing on the countries that oppress: Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Syria, etc. You would be speaking out for the women who lead a life of subjugation to men, forced marriages since childhood, shrouded in the heat of the desert, prohibitions against walking alone, driving a car, choosing a career. You’d be speaking out against giving up their children to martyrdom; you’d rally for homosexuals who are killed for being who they are.
Does it not disturb you, as a citizen of the United States, that you must curtail your speech in the name of “Islamophobia?” Does it not disturb you that your University has been so degraded as to become the stage for hate speech, intimidation, and the possible beginning of a new culture not unlike the Inquisition and the Holocaust? Have you no shame that you and your staff are encouraging the same anti-Semitism that we proudly fought against during World War II and for which we, as a nation, erected monuments to the dead? Remember that the death of 6 million Jews was accompanied by the death of millions more who were not Jewish, and you, your staff, your progeny may well fit into both categories if Islam is permitted to take hold of our nation – for that is their ultimate goal. Their expression is “First comes Saturday (the Jews who worship on Saturday), and then comes Sunday (the Christians). The Islamic goal is to establish a Caliphate in the United States – will you not speak out and condemn the conference now, before it is too late?
Thank you,
UPDATE II

Dear Readers:
If you’ve been following the events at the University of Pennsylvania and reading my essays and letters to President Amy Gutmann and staff, you might be interested in the reply written by Stephen MacCarthy, the University’s vice president for external relations – and my response that follows.
Re: the BDS conference (12020204734)
Thank you for the email sharing your thoughts regarding the student-sponsored BDS conference. We very much appreciate your concerns.
Let me first assure you that the University has been unambiguous in stating its opposition to the BDS goals. Indeed, we have spoken out repeatedly, consistently and forcefully in rejecting their calls for boycotts, disinvestment and sanctions against Israel. To the contrary, we are very proud of our many partnerships and interactions with Israel, and hope to expand those in the future.
The event in question is not being sponsored nor endorsed by the University. It is being hosted by a registered student group. To be recognized as a student group, the students involved must adhere to all state and federal laws, and be willing to accept any Penn student as a member. Penn BDS has complied with those requirements.
Free expression is a valued element at any university, and there are very clear protections for students and student groups to express their opinions, however much the administration of the university may oppose them. Universities are about the free exchange of ideas, and that fundamental principle is most challenged when the speech in question is the most difficult or problematic.
I hope this helps in some way to clarify the situation. Again, thank you for communicating your thoughts.
Sincerely,
Steve MacCarthy
Mr. Stephen MacCarthy
Vice President, External Relations
Dear Mr. MacCarthy:
With deference to the attributes of modern science and the Internet, I have had the opportunity to read your assurances regarding the (second?) BDS event held at the University of Pennsylvania, and they fell flat. You use relativism to permit and promote evil. When disparate student groups request time and space for a conference, you are equating and justifying the equal accommodation of one that advocates religious tyranny, the annihilation of a people and destruction of a nation, with another that gathers to discuss an urban nutrition initiative. Has your staff been so long confined within a gated community that its members fail to grasp the nature of evil and world events, and how you and we Americans will be affected by it down the road? By welcoming these Islamists into your home, you obviously believe that they are like everyone else you’ve ever met, but such is not the case.
Islam is a replacement ideology of religious tyranny. How many times must Mahmoud Abbas, Ahmadinejad, imams, mullahs, and armed terrorists announce they will kill Jews and Christians, and "death to Israel and America," before you and your staff understand the evil intent of those words? The school has allowed itself to become yet another podium for their distortions of history and current events, enabling a fascist political agenda to be espoused and go unchallenged in order to destroy a democratic nation with centuries of proven history to the land - and the only Jewish homeland in the world (compared to 57 chartered Islamic and scores of chartered Christian lands).
How different is this scenario to that of Hitler’s henchmen how used their power to espouse hate in their universities, eventually forbidding Jewish students and professors; the climate of your school is alienating its current and potential Jewish population. If you use relativism as your guide, ask yourselves if you’d have had such a conference if the players were reversed – Jews and Christians advocating boycott, divestment and sanctions against the Muslims; or Jews and Muslims against the Christians. Would permission for a rally be given if the conference were against Scotland and Ireland? If, however, you say you were unambiguous in your opposition, then you are all cowards for allowing it to take place. The greatest threat to freedom is the absence of those who stand against evil.
Are you aware of the purpose of BDS? Islamic conquest (jihad) takes many forms. The violent aspect should be obvious to you, as the "Palestinians" have been killing with rockets, missiles, and slaughtering Israeli civilians since the birth of the Jewish state, and using their own children to commit suicide-murders – not to mention the Muslim slaughter of Christians throughout Africa and their bloody conquest over the Middle East civilizations since 624 AD.
BDS is stealth or cultural Jihad – a way of destroying Israel’s financial achievements and success just as they bombed the Twin Towers, our symbols of financial success, with the help of those whose minds they have conquered. You see, that they are here, is invasion. That they have subdued your will and “unambiguous opposition,” is conquest. Conquest is, “The subjugation and assumption of control of a place or people by use of military force.” You were such willing prey, in fact, that these students, a tentacle of the Muslim Brotherhood, never needed military force.
In all honesty, would you ever dare to schedule a similar hate-fest about Islam, to address the Koran’s directives to kill Jews and Christians, Muhammad’s scourge of terror and 270 million people killed in the name of Allah over 14 centuries, the intentional creation of a victimized Palestinian people as a pawn, Muslims’ treatment of their own people - genital mutilation and enshrouding their women, honor killings, amputations and decapitations for blasphemers, apostates, homosexuals, thieves, and more? You’d be fearful of standing up to them but you had no problem acquiescing to one that targeted the Jews and the State of Israel, assured that the Jewish students would be non-violent, obedient citizens. Now, to test your mettle, would you consider hosting an honest rally about Israel, her humanitarian contributions to the world, her Nobel prize-winning achievements, her feats in medicine, science, and technology, used in America and worldwide?
Mr. MacCarthy, the university, not the students, should be setting the standards of behavior and conduct! By permitting this Islamist group, you have acquiesced to the Islamic ideology of death to infidels, and verifying Imam Rauf's (Ground Zero) declaration that we Americans are 95% shari'a compliant (easy to subjugate to Islam). And the school’s co-conspirators – were they spineless or intentionally complicit? Would you have accepted a conference arranged by Hitler or one led by the KKK on why all African people should be slaves? Would you proudly include the conferences in your introductory brochure and defend them as being in complete accord with our democratic values? If the students choose the topics, why hire instructors at all, and why not admit you’ve become a Saudi-sponsored and –supported facility? It seems that the inmates are running the asylum.
For an ivy-league university, one would expect protocol, not a huge kindergarten where the children play sans authority and guidelines. How will they become exemplary citizens of our democratic society if they’re taught to heed Islamic and Palestinian propaganda? What will your university do when, in the name of freedom of speech, students espouse socialism, Communism; sedition; overthrowing the university and deposing our government? At what point do you take a stand against anything – anti-Semitism, anti-Americanism, anti-democracy? Surely, you see the hypocrisy.
If your university will attempt to undo the damage done by the BDSers and anti-Semitic speakers with Jewish-sounding names, I would welcome hearing from you. If your university will hold a similar conference to teach the truth about Israel, the Jewish people’s contributions to the world, Judaism and the Ten Commandments that are the basis of our U.S. Constitution, I would welcome the opportunity to attend.
Thank you,
Tabitha Korol

You are annoyed that we will no longer allow ourselves to be duped and slaughtered by the likes of you and others of your mentality. The jealousy and hate espoused by your people will not win over the achievements and integrity of ours.
