Secret report: Catch and release for low-priority illegals proposed
U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the agency charged with guarding the U.S. borders, has written a secret draft policy that would let its agents catch and release low-priority illegal immigrants rather than bring them in for processing and prosecution.
The policy, which has not been signed off on, would be the latest move by the Obama administration to set new priorities for the nation’s immigration services, and would bring CBP in line with other Homeland Security Department agencies that already use such “prosecutorial discretion.”

This is just another desperate attempt from 0's camp to buy votes. I recall a similar attempt Peanut did in 1980 to scare off voters from voting for Ronald Reagan. The warmonger card didn't work for Peanut; the avalanche he got caught in will come for 0 as well.

Like I said in my 1st reply, come November, 0 will face the same avalanche Peanut received and fell to. I just hope he doesn't pull a Grover Cleveland move in 2016.

This kind of surgery (removal of posterior subcapsular cataract) is ordinarily no big deal -- although the results are often not as good as desired. However, Mr. AOW's physical disability makes this surgery of higher risk for him.
