This nation was founded on Judeo-Christian values. Our founding fathers had strong religious and moral convictions. More than 75% of the signers of our Constitution were men of FAITH - with a conscious belief in GOD.
The foundation they laid for this nation has endured to date. This nonsense of "Separation of Church and State" does not appear in our Constitution. Yet this blatant misrepresentation of our most “sacred" document is allowed to continue with no challenge except from the RELIGIOUS RIGHT.
Why does the SECULAR influence trump that of our "founding fathers" that died in defense of their BELIEFS? How do we proceed as a nation? Do we capitulate to every whim of a "special interest group" or "different ideology"?
Evolutionists influence the learning curriculum in our public schools with a "theory" that cannot be proven. Where's the outcry against this blatant indoctrination of our youth with a "theory" that has in the past been debunked.
Here is a good one for you. Can I use the word GAY to describe the youth at my church, you know, GOD'S ANOINTED YOUTH. Or will I get sued from some threaten HOMOSEXUAL? Who gave them the right to "HIJACK" that word? They HIJACK a word, can I? What if I hijacked the word "UGLY"? U Gotta Love Yourself. Can I do that or will someone be offended?
Does the English teacher introduce the Bible as a reference for students to use in poetry, history, archeology et al? That is right; the Bible has all those disciplines within its pages. Do we afford our children the rich resources contained therein? NO! Because of the point referenced above. A misrepresentation of our most "sacred" document.
At the rate we as a nation are heading - next we will be passing legislation allowing the teaching of the Koran in our public schools. You cannot win a "war on terror" if you continue to take a flippant stance against the "ideology of hate".
Remember it is a mindset. If you had to choose a belief system to build a country on, what would it be? Christianity or Islam? Need I say more? More of my articles can be found here:
Sadly, times have not changed very much since 2007 and 2008 and this life will continue to go on as always.
