FAUXCHAHONTAS – AN ALL-ROUND FRAUD

Elizabeth Warren, aka “Fauxcahontas," the Harvard Law professor who is running in Massachusetts for a Senate seat is a fraud in more ways than one.  Warren, who claims to be part (actually it is 1/32) Cherokee has been outed as a faux Indian and the Cherokee have made it abundantly clear that she is not a member of the tribe http://cherokeesdemandtruth-elizabethwarren.blogspot.com/   

Now why would anyone, particularly a blue-eyed blonde, claim to be Indian?  Probably half the population of Oklahoma (her place of birth) has some Indian blood.  But by listing herself in the 1986-1987 Association of American Law Schools directory as a Native American, Elizabeth Warren greatly enhanced her opportunities for employment with law schools.  These schools were eager to satisfy Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) demands for more women and more minorities on their faculties. From 1986 to 1995 she claimed to be part Cherokee.  Just one year (or less) after this first listing, she joined the University of Pennsylvania’s Law School, and in 1992 she became a visiting professor at Harvard Law School, which led to a permanent position there beginning in 1995. 

Warren claims that the purpose of listing herself as Indian was to “meet people like herself.”  However, although she was right there on the Harvard (founded to educate English and Indian youth) campus where there are frequent activities for those with an Indian affiliation, maybe she is going to claim that she was so busy teaching law that she forgot to attend any of their events. 

But perhaps it wasn’t teaching law which kept her too busy to get involved.  Maybe it was practicing law which kept her occupied.  It seems that she was using her Cambridge office to practice law and had more than one corporate client.  But the client now most exposed is Travelers Insurance. Working as a lawyer for Travelers to deny benefits on claims of asbestos poisoning netted her a nice $212,000 for her work from 2008 to 2010.

William A. Jacobson at Legal Insurrection writes that “First, on a regular and continuing basis she used her Cambridge office for the practice of law without being licensed in Massachusetts. Second, in addition to operating an office for the practice of law without being licensed in Massachusetts, Warren actually practiced law in Massachusetts without being licensed.”

Elizabeth Warren was trained as a lawyer.  The law makes it pretty clear who is and who isn’t recognized under the law as Indian (yeah, her mother told her, but my mother told a lot of things which were not precise).  Yet she claimed to be Indian, and she practiced law although she is not a member of the Massachusetts bar.  This is inexcusable.  If she were teaching, say, art history, one could say that she might be a little hazy on the law, on any number of things   – but we are talking about a LAW professor.

The sad truth is that Elizabeth Warren isn’t even a good liar – if she were she would not have claimed a connection with the Cherokee.  “Princess Heap Big Lies” should have chosen some tribe for which there are no records, some tribe that is not as well organized or as savvy as the Cherokee who aren’t having any of it. Breitbart, Michael Patrick Leahy, the Cherokee and Discover the Network are to be congratulated on the great job they are doing to expose this fraud.

Not being politically correct I’m free to say that I’m glad they are after her scalp, and I sure hope that Senator Scott Brown (R-MA) will do the same.

It's typical for Liberals like her, just like Hillary "The Hildabeast" dodged sniper fire when she was viviting Bosnia in 1993. LIBERALS HAVE NO SHAME , AND ARE THE PHONIEST PEOPLE THERE ARE !

Her motive was no doubt to gain access to Affirmative action programs , as being a liberal she's too stupid and suffers from inferiority complex to make it on her own.
