Death Panels for Children

The Liverpool Care Pathway was thought only to allow elderly and terminally ill patients to die by removing food and water, but now they are doing the same for children and babies allegedly for money, according to this report in the UK Daily Mail.

 

One doctor has admitted starving and dehydrating ten babies to death in the neonatal unit of one hospital alone.

Writing in a leading medical journal, the physician revealed the process can take an average of ten days during which a  baby becomes ‘smaller and shrunken’.

The LCP – on which 130,000 elderly and terminally-ill adult patients die each year – is now the subject of an independent inquiry ordered by ministers. (read the full article here)

Our friend here at Right Truth, Marcus Wilder, reminds us of those who did everything they could to save children, like Irena Sendler.  The following is an email/forward about her:

Irena Sendler

Died: May 12, 2008 (aged 98)

Warsaw, Poland

During WWII, Irena, got permission to work in the Warsaw ghetto, as a Plumbing/Sewer specialist.

She had an ulterior motive.

Irena smuggled Jewish infants out in the bottom of the tool box she carried.

She also carried a burlap sack in the back of her truck, for larger kids.

Irena kept a dog in the back that she trained to bark when the Nazi soldiers let her in and out of the ghetto.

The soldiers, of course, wanted nothing to do with the dog and the barking covered the kids/infants noises.



During her time of doing this, she managed to smuggle out and save 2500 kids/infants.

Ultimately, she was caught, however, and the Nazi's broke both of her legs and arms and beat her severely.

Irena kept a record of the names of all the kids she had smuggled out,

In a glass jar that she buried under a tree in her back yard.

After the war, she tried to locate any parents that may have survived and tried to reunite the family.

Most had been gassed. Those kids she helped got placed into foster family homes or adopted.



In 2007 Irena was up for the Nobel Peace Prize. She was not selected.

Al Gore won, for a slide show on Global Warming.

Later another politician,

Barack Obama, won for his work as a community organizer

for ACORN.

Thank you Susan. What is going on in the UK with their national health is horrible. But with Obamacare the same thing could happen here in the US.

My father-in-law and mother-in-law recently died of cancer. Both died at home under the care of hospice with loved one's taking care of them. Both actually died from dehydration because their pain medication made them so lethargic and so "drugged" that they simply stopped drinking water and juices. Now there is no doubt they were going to die from their cancer and in fact probably would have died in days or weeks at best even if they had "real" medical care instead of "drugged" medical miscare. If they had been on an IV they would have lived longer and been more responsive to what was going on around them. Now, I am sure hospice knows most of their "patients" die in this way and they know the pain drugs are so very strong the patient can no longer tell care takers what they need nor desire to take water and food as needed. I am pretty sure that this treatment of the old and dying is the norm in this country.
