Answer to registered voter fraud
I have a simple way to rid ourselves of all fraudulent voter registrations that will never again have the same effect, voting cycle after voting cycle….
Proposal: Every Four years, there is a General Election, then the Electoral College meets and confirms the winner and then The Inauguration of the Next President on either the 20th or 21st of January.
One day after the President has been sworn in, all voter registrations, nationwide, expire.
The reasons for this are simple:
- No more dead people voting.
- No more fraudulent voters that will effect elections year after year.
- No more lists to be manipulated by any political party.
From the date that the registrations expire, Nationwide, for 1 Year, everyone that wishes to register to vote must prove that they are US Citizens, by the presentation of the following documents:
- Valid US Passport
- Valid US Passport Card
- Valid US Birth Certificate
- Valid US Naturalization Certificate
The person goes to the County Voter Registrars’ office and documents their eligibility to be registered, and registers as required to vote.
Motor Voter bills, where a person can register to vote when they obtain a state issued drivers license and identification card, will no longer us used for voter registration purposes.
Any individual from the start of this new process, that attempts to vote without authority, shall be arrested and serve a minimum of 6 months confinement, without parole, and then they shall be immediately deported upon the completion of their sentence. No exceptions.
This process insures that every Four (4) years we clean out the riffraff and make sure that the security of our electoral system is sound and that only “US Citizens” determine our future as a Nation.

A lot of older African Americans, especially in the South, don't have birth certificates, as they were born at home. So they can't vote?

They will use a document provided by the court to certify they were in fact born at home... This is done routinely across the nation today, nothing new!
If they choose to not use the legal options available to them, nationwide, (That already exist) and rely on racially based mentalities, continually fostered by the Liberal left and certain "race mongers" that make their living, and prove to themselves their "Self Worth" somehow, then their own actions and those of others will disenfranchise them from their own voting rights, not this idea. Refer to the entry, you have an entire Year to register.
As I already have a Black Son in Law and my best Man was Black... Does that answer your race bating question? If you wish to play games regarding race, you should speak with Debbie, not me...
But if you continue, "I'm your huckleberry"

So you would have it that people without a birth certificate have to go to court just to vote?

Zachriel, I guess you did not get it, so here it goes....
The person, just like they do now, get a legal certification that they can take to the county registrars office to complete the normal voter registration process. EasyPeesey...
This not a racial, this is a process thing, even you the likes of you should "get" it...Nes Pa?

The original post said a birth certificate or passport. Not sure what "legal certificate" you mean. Your previous comment suggested they had to go to court.

Was just wondering. There seemed to be a few gaps in your position.
