Peter Kreeft wrote back in 1990 that Britons considered the current era as the "post-Christian Era" and I am constantly reading military texts written by Brits where the author says something to the effect of not understanding why people can be so religious or that there is no difference between religions.

That can't be good for the nation.

Thank God we Americans are just a bit more rebellious... :o)

Always On Watch

You know what? Overall, the church has become so lukewarm about what the doctrines of Christianity are that people are finding that particular version of Christianity inadequate. The church in Europe started this tepidity before the church in the United States did; therefore, the European church is showing signs of fading before the American church is.

The very idea that "All paths lead to God" has done great harm.
