True experience builds a persons resume, but it also builds a person's character.  To decide who to vote for in November,  voters need to LOOK at the candidates and compare what their lives stand for, how they have lived their lives, who they associate with, who they look up to, how they conduct their campaigns, and yes, what they have done in their lives.

Extremely qualified to run for Vice President or President of the United States of America - Sarah Palin.  From the upcoming biography titled "Sarah Palin: A New Kind of Leader" by Joe Hilley (Zondervan 2008):

Does anyone think Sarah Palin will send out surrogates to speak for her on any subject?  No, she speaks for herself without hesitation.  Compare that to Obama, "Obama Bullied By A Girl ... Cries":

So the way I see it, Barry Obama is crying because his record (not him personally) was attacked by a woman in response to his dismissal of her record and selection to be VP. Make no mistake, the initial response was dismissal and negative. It was changed when reaction from many was swift and also negative. I also see that Barry is pimping out his women to do his fighting for him. He is getting beat up by a girl and he is sending girls to fight his battle. He is not man enough to fight on his own.

We know that Barry cannot match up with McCain as a matter of toughness and there is no shame in that. But Obama has no problem attacking McCain and engaging in a fight with him. Obama is not willing to take on Palin which makes me wonder how tough he could possibly be with the bad people of this world.  (Big Dog's WebLog)

Obama's views on Russia and Russia's attack on Georgia were also wrong.  President Harry S. Truman said the following words, and those words are accurate today for Obama and his followers:

Is this the kind of friends, relationships and experience we want in a President?  Barack Obama — Magna Cum Saudi? 

Does Barack Obama owe his meteoric rise to an Israeli-hating adviser to a Saudi billionaire? Why did a race-baiting mentor to the Black Panthers favor this yet unknown community organizer?  (IBD)

Before Barack Obama ran for office, he consulted people like Rev. Jeremiah Wright and Father Michael Flager, as well as the South side Chicago political machine. 

Sarah Palin consulted God and her pastors. Example:   "Shortly after taking office as governor in 2006, Sarah Palin sent an e-mail message to Paul E. Riley, her former pastori n the Assembly of God Church, which her family began attending when she was a youth. She needed spiritual advice in how to do her new job,..."

“She asked for a biblical example of people who were great leaders and what was the secret of their leadership,” Mr. Riley said.

He wrote back that she should read again from the Old Testament the story of Esther, a beauty queen who became a real one, gaining the king’s ear to avert the slaughter of the Jews and vanquish their enemies. When Esther is called to serve, God grants her a strength she never knew she had.

Mr. Riley said he thought Ms. Palin had lived out the advice as governor, and would now do so again as theRepublican Party's  vice-presidential nominee.

“God has given her the opportunity to serve,” he said. “And God has given her the strength to carry out her goals.”  (continue reading)

Why Obama's Organizer Days Are A Big Joke, Michelle Malkin at IBD:

[Obama campaign manager David Plouffe said]  "... Let's clarify something for them right now. Community organizing is how ordinary people respond to out-of-touch politicians and their failed policies."

[Michelle Malkin said]  " ...  Let me clarify something. Nobody is mocking community organizers in church basements and community centers across the country working to improve their neighbors' lives. What deserves ridicule is the notion that Obama's brief stint as a South Side rabble-rouser for tax-subsidized, partisan nonprofits qualifies as executive experience you can believe in." [snip]

What deserves derision is "community organizing" that relies on a community of homeless people and ex-cons to organize for the purpose of registering dead people to vote, shaking down corporations and using the race card as a bludgeon.

Obama's community organizing days involved training grievance-mongers from the far-left ACORN (Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now). The ACORN mob is infamous for its bully tactics (which they dub "direct actions");... (IBD)

One thing is for sure:  Sarah Palin knows who the Savior is and she doesn't think for one minute that she is 'the one'.  Compare that to Obama who uses the savior reference many times:

These start on Septeber 26 when McCain and Obama face each other at the first 2008 presidential debate at the University of Mississippi. More than 70 million Americans are expected to tune in to watch the televised debate on domestic policy.   [snip]

For once, the vice presidential debate on October 2 will be just as closely watched. Sarah Palin proved herself a doughty fighter at the Republican Convention and the party machine hopes that the "pit bull in lipstick" will sink her fangs into the calves of Joe Biden.  (Scotland On Sunday)

The debates will reflect experience, knowledge, judgement, and ability to confront one's enemy, at least political enemies.  Should be very enteresting and enlightning.

In my opinion, the battle is between Obama and Palin, there is no comparison.  In the battle between Obama and McCain, no comparison.  No matter how you look at it, ... Obama is not prepared to lead this country.

Gustav, God, and Michael Moore: Validations of a Criminal Profile

In the summer of 2007, I constructed a profile and analysis on Michael Moore that illuminated the sociopathic tendencies that encompass the actions of one of the most infamous documentary creators of modern times. Within the article, Michael Moore: A Criminal Profile, which was first released in the New Media Journal and then later around the world, I took careful pains to make sure that readers understood that Moore carries the tendencies of the sociopath while not accusing him of the crimes that some sociopaths actually commit. The thrust of the article was to introduce people to the moral wasteland in which the sociopath lives and operates. Oh course, this caused somewhat of a ruckus among Moore lackeys and those who enjoy the anti-American sales pitch he throws out with each new theatrical falsehood he creates. Unfortunately, for those who wish to defend Moore, for whatever their motivation, there is one factor they will never be able to overcome; That is, the mouth of Michael Moore.

On Aug 29, 2008, on MSNBC with Keith Olbermann, Michael Moore would make one of his most inflammatory statements to date; that is, he would thank God that Hurricane Gustav might hit New Orleans and the Gulf Coast region. Moore’s joy was centered on the notion that the life threatening hurricane would be politically damaging to the 2008 Republican National Convention. Let’s get real for a moment about what’s really happening with a statement like this from Moore. Some would say in defense of Moore that he may have been unduly bolstered into making a statement as outlandish as this due to the fact that he was in the presence of the well known Bush attack dog Keith Olbermann. I would warn against selling Michael Moore short in this manner. As I did in 2007, I would again say that Michael Moore is not a dupe or a follower. On the contrary, as a sociopath, Moore is cool and calculated and does not require the validation of anyone to have self fulfillment, including cohorts in similar Bush bashing causes such as Olbermann. As with the sociopath, Moore understands that Olbermann, as well as potential natural disasters like Hurricane Gustav can be of benefit to the only real concern that a sociopath has; that is, him or herself.  Does Moore want dead bodies and billions in property damage as was seen in Hurricane Katrina? Perhaps not. However, the bottom line and it’s just as dirty, is that Moore, like the sociopath, just doesn’t really care what happens if he benefits in the end.

If we observe the macabre conversation between Moore and Olbermann on the desires of the day for Hurricane Gustav, we notice that after having a hearty laugh over New Orleans taking the brunt of another hurricane following the devastating Katrina, Moore, after the fact, states that he is not looking for human casualties in the mix of his deadly desires. This is a very late form of quality control in his conversation with Olbermann, and looking at the totality of the conversation, it appears to be stated only half-heartedly. To give an equivalent of Moore’s Gustav statement to readers from the heartland of this country, it is like saying, “I pray to God a tornado falls on your house, because it would be really good for me if it did…but I hope it does not cause you any major problems.” Yep, it doesn’t take an over abundance of brain power to come to the conclusion that people don’t rate very high in comparison to Moore’s own desires and wishes. The point of Moore’s Gustav statement goes beyond showing that he is simply a jerk, what it does is tie this newest public statement into an intricate web of Moore’s activities of many years that shows specific psychological components of the mind set of “me first”, “me at any cost” mentality. This is a unique characteristic of the sociopath that cares nothing about the people around him or her, and in the case of Moore, the country in which he lives.
 
Moore has gone to great expense to frame himself as the kindly rotund truth talker of American inadequacies. Many still buy into this fairytale, and those people will be surely angry at my words. I feel no joy in angering them as I felt no joy in documenting Moore’s sociopathic profile in 2007. That is, sometimes being right does not bring adulation, smiles and applause. What it does is forward the truth and brings it to the light of day, and in the end, possibly, gives people a new perspective in which to evaluate an operator like Michael Moore.

Islamic 'boarding schools' teaching radicalism?

I don't usually think of Islamic schools as 'boarding schools', but a rose by any other name ...

There are thousands of Islamic boarding schools in the country. Foreign observers have accused the schools of being breedings ground of radicalism, taking the convicted Bali bombers on death row as examples.

Abdul Khalik, The Jakarta Post, Jakarta reports:

State Intelligence Agency (BIN) chief Syamsir Siregar warned on Friday that Islamic boarding schools were prone to extremist teachings that could lead students to acts of terrorism.

After giving a graduation speech at Al Hikmah 2 Islamic boarding school in Brebes, Central Java, Syamsir said some boarding schools were vulnerable to radicalism and extremism.

"Radicalism can still intrude into boarding schools. It ruins the image of Islam, let alone whether it influences students to commit acts of extremism and terrorism," he was quoted as saying by Antara.

Syamsir urged ulemas and teachers of boarding schools to adopt a curriculum and learning activities that protect students from extremism.

'Ill give credit where credit is due -- acknowledging the problem exists and beginning to do something about it gets my vote.

These words began as an attempt to test my new Dell® laptop. I am going back to school starting next week and I’m toying with a range of new technology, designed specifically, it would seem, to bring my archaic rump into the twenty-first century. I say this with some jest, for I love technology. For someone who played with a Commodore PET® in high school, the ability to sit here in my yard and correspond with people all from over the world armed only with my imagination and laptop is fantastic. For those of you still attached to dial-up connections, you really need to have a run at this Verizon® wireless stuff – it’ll knock your socks off (if they haven’t already been tormented by something like 10Mb cable internet speeds). Like I said, this article began simply as an attempt to learn what was relocated somewhere else; how, for example, Microsoft Word 2007® is drastically different than the version that I had been using for the past four and a half years or so.

Unfortunately, life never gives us a chance to complete a task in the same manner as we had initiated it. As I sat here playing with my new toy (tool for you young kids out there) I had the television playing in the background and, sure enough, it was cable news with all talk centered on the Democratic National Convention in Denver. If I hear one more word about how bright, intelligence, articulate and, most especially, how good looking Barack Obama is, I think that I’m going to walk straight into the middle of Nine Mile Road and wait for the next “Michigan train” to mow me down. I once lived as a truck driver, I might as well die by one…

Well, I dislike dwelling on the subject of Mr. Obama and so I won’t – at least this time. What drove my ire was hearing the latest quip of Ms. Nancy Pelosi during her interview with Tom Brokaw. Her statement that the Fathers of the Catholic Church had no clue as to when human life began and, more intensely, that St. Augustine actually believed that such life began at three months was ludicrous. Simply put, I wanted to upchuck my dinner. First, they did not believe that life began at three months – how could someone well over a thousand years ago understand the precise dates of human incubation? Secondly, any first week RCIA (courses for those inquiring of the Faith) student knows that Catholic Doctrine hasn’t changed for two thousand years. So, while I wanted to toy with new technology, I’m forced to migrate into one of ancient rites and screwy liberals. I could simply end this article now with a simple statement – either you are a Roman Catholic or you are not. That is, either you believe that the Church holds the final word on such matters of faith or you believe in some other, probably more modern, faith. Christian faith – and most especially Roman Catholicism – is not a bespoke product. Perhaps it is our very culture that blurs the distinction – we’re so used to being White Americans, African Americans, Native Americans, etc. that simple tasks as calling ourselves merely “Americans” is out of date.

What Nancy Pelsoi wants us to believe is that she can be both Catholic and liberal; that believing in abortion rights as a politician and accepting that this action is a horrible crime imparted upon the most innocent of all human beings as an individual member of society is not hard to consider. Yet, it is. Let’s say, for example, that I was to make an equally horrible statement that blacks (or Indians, or Hispanics) are a subhuman species. Would I be able to run as a “respectable” politician with personal beliefs such as those? Or would people rightfully expect that these personal beliefs would color (no pun intended) my professional judgment? The same holds true for matters of faith. Being Catholic means that the adherent holds that God Himself has bestowed upon us certain articles of conduct that are inseparable from our personal lives. We are allowed to (1) adapt our lives to match that of the local indigenous culture; and (2) to use these commandments to impart our values upon our responsibilities. Nowhere is it written that we can divorce our actions from our beliefs or our traditions from our future.

Similarly, when Senator Barbara Boxer spoke that John McCain was extremely “radical” because of his stance against abortion, I could not understand her own “radical” views – that somehow the wanton murder (intentional ceasing of human life) of the most innocent (unable to freely choose sin) is somehow a personal liberty. I can only console myself by believing that certain people cannot accept the concept of creation. They can only understand what they see and if there’s an umbilical cord attached, then human life merely becomes a part of a body. Hogwash. My beloved Sara was born three months premature. Had she remained within her mother’s womb, would she have been any less than the person that I loved more than anyone else on the planet? No. In fact, I suggest that she was born prematurely caused her to be the very woman that I loved. We simply do not know. What is also hard to believe is that we can arbitrarily pick some period – such as three months – to determine when human life begins.

By argument, I’ve already ruled out the notion that life begins at birth because that in and of itself is not well-defined. How many people around the world are born every day without someone there who can “officially” record the event? Therefore, life has to begin at some point prior to their leaving the womb. Now, is it three months? Six? Nine? There is absolutely no way of us knowing precisely when the Homo sapiens body is enveloped by the “office” of human person. Ergo, the only practical way to answer the question is to defer to traditional teachings – that the person has always been human and therefore life had to have begun as earliest as possible. What Nancy Pelsoi and every other “Catholic” liberal say is that they know better than two thousand years of Catholic teaching and tradition. It would be as if I were to say that I don’t believe that any human could kill an innocent child and so therefore Ms. Pelosi and Mr. Biden aren’t human themselves. After all, I wasn’t there when they were born. ;o)

Liberals are a deceiving bunch – almost Lucifericly deceiving. They cannot make a statement that is easy to understand and must always cloud the issue. I, for one, strive for simplicity. I believe that human life begins at conception and I will do everything in my personal and public power to end the horrific abomination that is abortion. All abortions. Why can’t Ms. Pelosi or Mr. Biden state something similar – that they are no longer part of the Catholic family and believe that abortions are a ‘right’ of women everywhere? Because they like to deceive. They want the liberal Left to know they share with them their political agenda and they want their Christian Right friends to think that they also share their same traditions and family values. No wonder Ms. Pelosi’s family is upset with her. She is a female Adolf Hitler – playing to all sides of the issue for her personal goal of exterminating an entire population, the unborn.

Anyone who has spent more than a minute or two examining the Roman Catholic faith understands intimately that its doctrine is based exclusively upon the care and social well-being of all humans. It has endured for two thousand years because this doctrine – if not its adherents – is quite infallible. One cannot – in any way, shape, or form – accept any type of abortion and still call themselves Roman Catholic. Those who have no intention of asking for forgiveness and going “forth and sin no more” cannot be accepted by the Christian community. Ms. Pelsoi and Mr. Biden serve no purpose but to deceive their way into our homes and hearts and for what? To announce that they know better than we do what our nation needs? If this is the kind of “change” they espouse – that their most fundamental traditions are a farce – then we Americans must be on our toes come this November.

Senator Biden refused to name Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) a terrorist organization

Do you remember that Senator Joe Biden REFUSED to call Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps a terrorist organization:  "On September 26, 2007, Biden voted “Nay” to Senate Amendment 3017 (S. Amdt. 3017) – a piece of legislation amending S. Amdt. 2011 to H.R. 1585 – “to express the sense of the Senate regarding Iran.”"  Will this prove to be a problem for Barack Hussein Obama's campaign?  I don't see why it should, Obama  "didn’t participate in the vote on S. Amdt. 3017,  but spoke out against the amendment, calling it “excessively provocative.”"  Birds of a feather ...  Thomas Smith, Jr. has the story here.

The history of terrorist, Muslim Brotherhood, and Islamic connections for Obama is nothing new, but is should worry voters.  It would seem that Obama would take all steps to distance himself from questionable people and groups, but nope.  Dr. Ingrid Mattson, the president of the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), an organization created by the radical, Saudi-financed Muslim Students Association,  was chosen to represent the Muslim community at the first-ever interfaith prayer service at a Democratic nominating convention.

 

Now, we know from the Holy Land Foundation (HLF) trial that ISNA is one of many Muslim Brotherhood-affiliated groups operating in America. We also know from a Brotherhood document entered into evidence in that case (which is currently being retried after the first prosecution resulted in a mistrial) that, "The work [of Brotherhood members] in America is a kind of grand jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within, and 'sabotaging' its miserable house by their hands and the hands of believers so that it is eliminated and God's religion is made victorious over all other religions."  [snip]

...   Sen. Obama clearly is exercising care about his public associations with Muslims.  [snip]

Certainly, such would seem to be the message of Sen. Obama's cashiering of Mazen Asbahi, his campaign's erstwhile Muslim coordinator. The problem was not simply that Asbahi had served on a board with Jamal Said, who the government chose not to indict but nonetheless implicated in the HLF racketeering conspiracy in support of the terrorist group, Hamas. 

 

It was that the board on which Messrs. Asbahi and Said served was for a company owned by yet another Saudi-funded, Brotherhood front and un-indicted coconspirator: the North American Islamic Trust (NAIT). The company, Allied Asset Advisors, is, as the Wall Street Journal put it: "a subsidiary of the North American Islamic Trust...which is supported financially by the government of Saudi Arabia, holds title to many mosques in the U.S. and promotes a conservative brand of Islam compatible with the ideology of the Muslim Brotherhood and also akin to the fundamentalist style predominant in Saudi Arabia." NAIT is, in other words, a powerful instrument in the Islamists' campaign to dominate and radicalize the Muslim community in America. ISNA's Dr. Mattson is an ex officio member of the NAIT board of directors.

 

Another problem for Sen. Obama would have been that Allied Asset Advisors is one of a growing number of companies that engages in Shariah-Compliant Finance (SCF). This practice ostensibly eschews investments involving interest, pork, gambling and other activities considered impure by authoritative Shariah advisors. Far from being just one of many religious-based "socially responsible" investing options, however, SCF is a vehicle for legitimating the Islamists' repressive, totalitarian Shariah code and establishing its seditious tenet that Muslims here will not be governed by the U.S. Constitution and laws.

 

Whatever the reasons for the Democratic presidential candidate's sensitivities about the Islamic faith, he has an obligation to make clear his attitude towards the Muslim Brotherhood, its mission in America and his willingness to be associated with its front organizations. It is still the case that most Muslims in this country do not want any part of Shariah law. It behooves Sen. "Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood Confirms Existence of U.S. Brotherhood and Relationship with CAIR"

An Egyptian blogger (SM) has conducted an interview with Mohammed Habib, the deputy leader of the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood, in which he confirms the existence of the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood and that there is a “relationship” between the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) and the Egyptian Brotherhood. According to the interview:

SM: Is there a Muslim Brotherhood in the U.S.?
Mohamed Habib: I would say yes. There are Muslim Brotherhood members there.
SM: Then what are they doing there?

Mohamed Habib: No, there are already existing institutions; there are laws and a constitution that they operate under in order to have a role in serving the American society. They are part of the American society and they want to an active positive role in it, and a part of that is to spread a positive image of Islam along with its values, culture, history and teachings.

SM: This is naturally very important. Who represents you in the US?
Mohamed Habib: Well, there are there those who do represent us, who do that role.
SM: But it’s not CAIR, right? The Council for American Islamic Relations? Many people say that they are your front. Other people say that it’s ISNA. But back to CAIR, some people from the Muslim Brotherhood have denied having a connection with CAIR. Do they really represent you?

Experts are mionitoring al Qaeda chatter from inside Israel.  (National Terror Alert)  We don't generally think of al-Qaeda being active inside Israel, but as the saying goes "they're everywhere...".  Also new "The U.S. military has announced the arrest of an Al Qaeda figure who allegedly planned the 2006 kidnapping of American journalist Jill Carroll, the Christian Science Monitor reporter seized Jan. 7, 2006 and freed three months later" 

A statement Sunday says Salim Abdullah Ashur al-Shujayri was captured during an Aug. 11 operation. It adds he is also known as Abu Othman.

The military says al-Shujayri is believed to be “the planner behind the kidnapping” of Carroll. She was a Christian Science Monitor reporter seized Jan. 7, 2006 and freed three months later.

The statement also says al-Shujayri’s associates were involved in the high-profile kidnappings of Christian peace activists and British aid worker Margaret Hassan.

Hassan was abducted in Baghdad in October 2004 and later killed, although her body was never found. (Fox News)

Al-Qaeda, long crowded out of the Palestinian territories by more localised armed groups, may be establishing a creeping presence inside Israel itself among its large Arab minority, experts say.

Over the past year the Shin Beth internal security agency has announced the arrest of four cells inspired by the ideology of Osama bin Laden’s global terror network on jihadist websites and suspected of planning attacks.

The most high-profile case was that of a Jerusalem student who allegedly sought advice on an Al-Qaeda Internet forum on how to shoot down George W. Bush’s helicopter during the US president’s visit to Israel in January.

An indictment filed last month alleges that Mohammed Najem, 24, from the town of Nazareth, frequently visited the Ekhlass website messageboard using the alias Mohammed of Sham, a Koranic name for Syria, Lebanon and Palestine.

The US-based SITE Intelligence Group, which specialises in penetrating and monitoring protected jihadist websites, intercepted his alleged postings.

“My brothers in Allah… How can a plane be shot down, and how can that be done? The planes of the dying Bush land and take off over a period of two days in an area close to my residence,” read a January 10 message in Arabic.  (Continue reading at Khaleej Times)

Saudi child 'files for divorce'

A court in Saudi Arabia is reported to be preparing to hear a plea for divorce from an eight-year-old girl who has been married off to a man in his 50s.

The Saudi newspaper al-Watan said the girl had been married off to the man by her father without her knowledge.

The child's mother is thought to be pushing for the marriage to be annulled - though the father opposes the move.

In April, a court in neighbouring Yemen annulled the arranged marriage of another eight-year-old girl.

She had been married to a 28-year-old man.

Child-protection groups say children are often given away in return for hefty dowries, or as a result of old customs in which a father promises his infant daughters and sons to cousins out of a belief that marriage will protect them from illicit relationships.

Activists have called for an end to the practice.

DNC's Islamic Speaker unindicted co-conspirator in terrorism trial

What is this about -- an unindicted co-conspirator in terrorism is going to be a keynote speaker at the Democratic National Convention??? Fox News has the story, but in what I consider poor reporting, I never heard them say the individual's name -- Ingrid Mattson, president of the Islamic Society of North America ... ISNA is an unindicted co-conspirator in Holy Land Foundation trial.

That name Ingrid Mattson sure rang a bell.

The president of the Islamic Society of North America warned last night that American Jews who ally with right-wing Christians to oppose Muslim organizations are pursuing a high-risk strategy that could backfire.

Speaking at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government, at an event sponsored by the school and four Muslim student organizations, Ingrid Mattson, a Canadian-born convert from Roman Catholicism who became the Islamic society's first woman president last year, said that many American Jews have an existential fear that Muslims are anti-Israel.

Such fear leads Jews to ally with Christian fundamentalists who are supportive of Israel and critical of Islam, she said.

"Right-wing Christians are very risky allies for American Jews," Mattson said, "because they [the Christians] are really anti-Semitic. They do not like Jews" and enter into the alliance on the basis of fundamentalist beliefs that it would be desirable for all Jews to return to Israel. She suggested that fundamentalist Christians might turn against Jews or that there could be backlash from ordinary Americans against Jewish and fundamentalist Christian supporters of Israel.

Asbahi briefly sat on the board of Allied Assets Advisors Fund with Said in 2000.

Big DC fundraiser cancelled. Blogburst

Thanks to Error Theory:

Cancel as well the urgent action alert that was going to be the subject of today’s blogburst post. The Memorial Project has just abandoned the "gala" tribute and fundraiser they were planning for almost a year. The event was to be held in Washington DC on September 11th, and yes, they actually called it a “gala,” until Flight 93 family members said NO WAY.

Last month's announcement of the event promised big:

An impressive Honorary Host Committee has been assembled consisting of over 200 members of Congress and the leadership of both the Senate and the House of Representatives. Special state delegations from Pennsylvania and California are also being organized for the event.

Assembled where? In the imaginations of Memorial Project personnel? If there really were 200 Congressmen on board, including the leadership of both parties, what could possibly prompt cancellation?


Has word gotten out that the memorial is actually a terrorist memorial mosque?

Fuggedaboudit. We are a long ways from Congress being alert to the facts. It is possible, however, that there is a growing awareness in Congress that the Flight 93 families are divided over the crescent design (now called a broken circle). Thank Tom Burnett Sr., whose efforts to stop the desecration of his son's grave drew national television coverage in May, and extensive Pittsburgh coverage this month:

Us critics know well the difficulty of going up against Flight 93 family members. Who would have imagined that conservative stalwarts like Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity would remain silent about the planting of a giant Mecca-oriented crescent on the Flight 93 crash site? But all it takes is some family members on the other side and nobody wants to get involved.

Maybe Tom's pleas for help are injecting the same paralysis into would-be supporters of the crescent design. If both sides are paralyzed, that is a step in the right direction, but it is nowhere near enough. Architect Paul Murdoch is still on track to stab his terrorist memorial mosque into the heartland of America. (That is the significance of a crescent that Muslims face into to face Mecca: it is the central feature around which every mosque is built.)

How big does the memorial controversy have to get before a few of these paralyzed big-wigs on either side decide to simply check the facts? All congressmen have interns they can assign to fact-check the Mecca orientation of the giant crescent (five minutes), the Islamic crescent soaring in the sky above the symbolic lives of the 40 heroes (five seconds), the 44 glass blocks on the flight path (just open up the design drawings and count).

Michelle Malkin, Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity all have interns too. If these folks are skeptical, they ought to at least want to expose our claims about these features as a fraud, so that the controversy can be put to rest. If they find that our claims are accurate, all we ask is that they join the call for a proper investigation.

Come on movers and shakers. Paralysis is not enough. Stand paralyzed as Paul Murdoch pilots a re-hijacked Flight 93 to its mark, and the heroism of Flight 93 will be well and truly betrayed.

What it means to be gay in Islam...

I could answer that with one, possibly two words:  death,  horrible death.  The movie " A Jihad For Love " explores the subject.  Here's a review:

"The only difference in Islam," says one imam to another (and, no, this is not a joke), "is how a person should be killed."

The cleric is speaking to Imam Muhsin Hendricks. Hendricks — son and grandson of Cape Town religious leaders and openly gay — lives in Johannesburg, South Africa, and has begun to challenge his religion about its treatment of gay and lesbian Muslims.

Recently, CNN reported on the increasingly vulnerable state of gays in Iraq since the U.S. invasion, where homosexuality is treated by insurgents as a "Western" import. But as Muslim filmmaker Parvez Sharma's illuminating documentary "A Jihad for Love" makes clear, other Islamic nations and communities hardly need the excuse of an occupation to disavow — or worse — gay and lesbian Muslims.

The imam who meets with Hendricks is not alone in his certainty. In an earlier scene, Hendricks, the divorced father of three, rides in a car with two young daughters. What do they think would and should happen to gay people? he asks. Sitting in the back seat, their faces blurred, the girls engage in a giggling, too-enthusiastic debate about stoning or beheading.  (continue reading)

Shiia Hezbollah and Sunni Salafists Alliance?

“Shiia Hezbollah and Sunni Salafists forging an unlikely alliance?" 

“Lebanon’s Shiia Hezbollah and Sunni Salafi extremists may be nearing an agreement of mutual respect and coordination, which could be signed-and-sealed over the next 24-to-48 hours. (Incidentally, the terrorist network Al Qaeda was born of Salafism. So when you think of Salafi extremism, think Al Qaeda and all of its affiliates.)

“Though almost nothing about this has been reported in the Western press, human intelligence and open sources are indicating the agreement could be signed in Beirut as early as Monday when Hezbollah leaders and Salafists are scheduled to meet.

“According to our sources, despite the age-old Shiia-Sunni religious opposition – as well as recent bloodshed between the two radical Islamist organizations – ‘Hezbollah and Salafi leaders have been negotiating a sort of memorandum of understanding for some time.’”

“One of the catalysts for such an agreement is based on intelligence suggesting ‘the Iranians have flooded the Salafists in Lebanon with money in order to undermine moderate Sunnis – even Shiias – who are attempting to move toward democracy in Lebanon; building ties with Lebanese Christians and Druze.’

“Sources say both extremist groups are issuing statements, primarily in the Arab media, such as, ‘Muslims should not fight Muslims,’ but should instead bring all forces to bear ‘against the West which is trying to divide us.’”

The enemy of my enemy ... is my friend?  ...  Speaking about enemies, let's talk about what the United Nations is up to.  Yes, I consider the United Nations as an enemy of the United States.

U.N. Bans Criticism of Islam, from Islam In Action

Piece by piece Muslims are slowly chipping away at our freedoms, instead of assimilating they want to bring the Middle East to us. Just the other day Michigan Muslims protested a Christian radio program and now Muslims have gotten the United Nations to ban the criticism of Islam in regards to human rights events. The effort to install this censorship was spearheaded by delegates from Egypt, Pakistan and Iran. Is it me, or should these countries even have a say on the Human Rights Commission? Countries where non-Muslims and even Muslims have little rights. Isn't freedom of speech a "human right"? I guess not under Islam....

Dr. Laurie Roth asks "Rights for ALL Religions or forced rights for Islam?" I think we all know the answer to that question:

...   When reading deeper into this sinister and manipulative resolution this boldly targets people of faith.  Any Christian missionary or Pastor sharing their faith, daring in any way to speak out against Islam or preaching that Jesus is the way to Heaven instead of Muhammad would be committing a crime, punishable by imprisonment or possibly execution.  How are the “persecuted” Muslims treated worldwide or could it be that Christians are the ones targeted and those converting to Christianity?   [snip]

In just a few weeks the bold and dedicated legal team at American Center for Law and Justice, the European and U.S. divisions are calling on the U.N.’s High Commissioner of Human Rights to oppose this deadly resolution.  They are instead pushing for common sense and real fairness, to promote and improve current international laws.  We need to get behind this.  Freedom of Religion and sharing our faith is at risk worldwide!

Just imagine the reality and fall out if this resolution was passed in the U.N.  Any Christian daring to share their faith with any Islamic person no matter how desiring they were to hear the message would have a big red target on their head leading to prison or execution.  How does that protect any rights except the Imperialistic agenda of Islamic Fundamentalists to hush international human rights, eradicate the voice of Christians and slam Jews? 

Notice we never hear with this same lobbying group of Islamic nations or the ever so concerned U.N., any resolutions to stop the spread of beatings, torture and executions hidden within the aggressive but very common application of Sharia Law.  We are NEVER to question beating of wives, executions of gays, or converts to other faiths being killed as anything but reflective of the Holy Koran.  No one is to question.  Just step aside and allow its growth and cancerous spread, while finding dramatic ways through the U.N. and OIC to silence and persecute those pesky Christians all the more.   (continue reading)
