Our nation was born out a resolve to protect the individual from the tyranny of the state. Our constitution was written to triumph over tyranny not pay tribute to.
The constitution is the greatest document of governance ever written to stop the advancement of global tyranny- it not only protects our freedoms but the freedom of all people from those who would bring down a reign of terror and oppression upon humankind.
It is our Constitution that makes America exceptional amongst the nations as it can bring about the peace co-existence amongst all nations
When it comes to upholding the Constitution stance against tyranny to protect our nation from those who dismantle our republic from within, who aid and abet those who threaten to destroy us from afar, it’s all hands on deck
Stopping Iran and Obama, their terrorist enabling acolyte is not an Israeli, a Democratic or a Republican issue it is a Constitutional issue. Either we stand with the Constitutions’ sacred covenant freedom as our stalwart or America stands for nothing at all.
George Washington stood alone against all odds with a rag tag army and gained victory over Britain Tyranny in the War of Independence. Failure for him was not an option then, as it is for us today facing the threat of a Nuclear Iran, it is a give me liberty or give me death proposition.
Washington actions set the stage for America’s protocol: A republic that never retreats in the face of threats from tyrants or fascists, this is in the DNA of America; it runs hot in our blood
The debate was a side show extravaganza. It was very entertaining; lots of juggling of ideas and peddling of a cure-all, for every aliment that now afflicts our great nation except for one, the Iranian terrorist’s nuclear threat.
Not one person on that stage made stopping President Obama’s veto their top priority:Like these candidates the Republican Party never made stopping Iran their top priority, before or even after the deal was made.
Unlike these candidates with their snake oil elixirs, a doctor is trained to spot a disease and treat it before it spreads. They can reliably predict the outcome of the patient's condition if they do not follow their advice. America’s Founding Fathers were also doctors. They were excellent physicians who could fully detect the disease of tyranny in all its forms. They left the Constitution as a preventive and as a vaccine to eliminate this cancer.
The more we Americans began hearing about the possible nuclear pact with the Islamic Republic of Iran, aka “the Iran deal,” and the more President Obama saw that Americans of all faiths and political opinions realized that the pact was not in our best interest, and the more we heard the old anti-Semitic canards from the White House and the media. Things soured for Obama when Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu cautioned against this arrangement, clarifying that the funding of $150 billion for Iran, with cash assets, sanctions relief, and all strings severed could serve to fund its global terrorism operation and defense. In essence, we would be subsidizing Iran’s undertakings and boost its efforts to eradicate Israel. Obama is also setting the stage to turn U.S. citizens against American Jews, a tactic that Jews have experienced through the centuries.
To simplify, America was in a position to be the victor with an agreement to prevent Iran’s becoming a nuclear power, force it to dismantle much of its nuclear infrastructure, prevent it from enriching uranium, close the Fordo enrichment facility, demand that Iran expose all past nuclear activities, close its Inter-continental Ballistic Missile Program (ICBMs aimed at our continent), allow round-the-clock inspections, and continue sanctions until all conditions were met.
Rather, the deal has been called “utterly disastrous.” Kerry agreed to lifting sanctions so that Iran could join the global market and sell oil, all the while increasing our own debt and weakening our own economy by gifting our closet collaborator with $150 billion – he’s bonding with the Islamic entity. By lifting the conventional arms embargo and allowing Iranians to flout the travel ban, Iran could secure more weapons and imperil Israel, “the Little Satan.” It wouldn’t even take much to have their brainwashed, suicidal adults and children detonate themselves in a crowd of Israeli children, shoppers, and general work force. The contract would also allow the lifting of sanctions over Iranian ICBMs after eight years, thereby providing Iran with the means to target the United States, the “Great Satan,” although ineffective provisos would actually free Iran from obligations far sooner – a matter of months.
Instead of the 24/7 inspection America originally stipulated, Iran gets a 24-days’ notice, during which they may move or conceal their activities. Even now, UN inspectors (not to include Americans and Canadians) may not speak with key scientists and military officers about concealed operations. Submission to these stipulations reveals America’s cooperation in the face of Islamic tyranny.
Kristin Soltis Anderson, The Selfie Vote: Where Millennials are Leading America
(And How Republicans Can Keep Up)
Broadside Books, 2015
Based admittedly on personal bigotry, I have tended to think of the generation known as millennials—kids born in the '80s and '90s—as aliens, or maybe zombies. Moreover, methought (vide Jesse Watters' videos), they are air-headed and superficial—a mile wide and 1/2 inch deep.
But upon reading The Selfie Vote: Where Millennials are Leading America (And How Republicans Can Keep Up) by pollster and political consultant Kristin Soltis Anderson, a millennial herself, I'm beginning to detect a beating heart and even a brain behind some of those smart phones and video games.
Anderson gets going on what some of us find most idiotic about millennials: their addiction to video games. Where she goes with this, however, is instructive. She highlights the "digital deficit" between Democrats and Republicans. (After all, how old is the kid who fixes your computer, dad?) The Obama team, with its digital, technological and analytics efforts, was miles ahead of the Romney campaign's relatively old-fashioned strategies. The Dems used digital expertise not only for fund-raising and TV ads (by far the largest expenditure), but for advertising in social media like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter—even on video games themselves. For example,
Players from states like Ohio and Colorado logging on to a game like Need for Speed: Carbon may have found themselves racing down the highway, only to pass a billboard advertising "voteforchange.com" with Obama's face on it.
You can question the virtue of this sort of pandering, but Anderson is saying, "It works." She gives high marks to Reddit, "the self-proclaimed 'front page of the Internet,''' especially the "Ask Me Anything" subreddit, or AMA. If you think it sounds silly, it didn't to the Obama campaign: Obama himself "popped over" with the offer: "Ask Me Anything."
And then there's Snapchat, which a suddenly cool Rand Paul joined in 2014. So why would a politician bother with Snapchat? Peter Hamby of CNN says:
"Politicians—at least the smart ones—aren't just flocking to new platforms because they're trying to be hip, though that's certainly part of the calculation. They're joining them because that's increasingly where the voters are."
Republicans do not have "kick-ass" digital data products that work, says one young GOP nerd. But, as Anderson stresses, "Smart campaigns will make digital a part of every single thing they do."
We cannot exclusively count on Congress to act on our behalf; they will only be forced to honor our demands through a popular out cry.
To end the Iranian Nuclear Terrorist Threat, we must inundate Congress with millions of calls with one demand: “Destroy the Iranian Nuclear Holocaust War Machine” and her strike back capabilities. Then Congress will be forced to act for fear of not being re- elected. This is the only way to stop Obama’s veto, and stop Iran.
Up to this date not one of the leaders shown in the picture above has demanded a military strike on Iran. When asked each circumvents this question claiming there is a better deal.
Since the election will not take place for another 15 months, whatever the candidates say they would do to stop Iran would be too little too late. The Presidential candidates must act as if he or she is already the President.
They must stop tip toeing around the elephant in the room, the elephant being Iran with Nuclear Terrorist Powers. Say what needs to be said! Do what needs to be done.
There is only one deal: to deal the Iranian leadership a fatal blow.
Only an emergency procedure that delivers a payload of destruction directly into the heart of Iran's nuclear facilities and her strike back capacity can eliminate the hub in the wheel of an emerging Nuclear Terrorist Empire, whose success would have the free world do the bidding of a madman armed with a nuclear weapon.
The Chautauqua Institution, deemed an adult education center, is less education than it is indoctrination to the world of The Left. In the month of July, in an idyllic setting, the Institution invited Islamists who speak of “Love and Justice in a World of Suffering,” hiding the truths about the suffering caused by Islam – both the harsh Sharia law already in effect for its adherents and to establish it in Dar Al-Harb (House of War), the countries not yet under Sharia – until the entire world will writhe under Islamic oppression.
Omid Safi, appointed director of Duke University’s Islamic Studies Center in July, 2015, spoke in terms to please the underinformed. He and they would prefer that hideous acts of violence, such as perpetrated by ISIS, ISIL, Boko Haram, Hamas, and countless others with like purpose, be removed from the news media and replaced with stories of compassion. In so doing, of course, he would silence the reporters and critics and destroy our freedom to speak, report, and inform the masses about the evils perpetrated by Muslims, so that we would remain oblivious to Islam’s stealth control over our media and our minds. He would then pursue and obtain legal accommodations without obstacle, force Sharia law over our Constitutional laws without hindrance, and threaten all our freedoms through influence, treachery, and force.
The “pain and suffering” he referenced in Ferguson, Baltimore, and Staten Island, have been shown to be largely incitement encouraged by outsiders who represent Islam and the Left; conquest is best accomplished during turmoil and disorder. The mayhem forces the unprepared, unarmed victims into appeasement mode, to cede their rights and ability to speak and defend in favor of assuaging the unmanageable horde that cries “victimhood.” Peace at any cost. The chaos allows the aggressive to dominate and, under the guise of “love and justice,” impose its law on all nations – thus implementing the laws of Allah through jihad.
Safi was also sure to remind that there was insufficient money for social issues but a glut for our military – an absolute inverted fabrication to which the unaware nod in assent because Chautauqua provides no discussions, no debates, no visitors to provide an opposing view. The rhetoric that passes for intellect remains unchallenged; the audience is never encouraged to analyze and grasp that the narrative undermines their very survival.
In fact, the growth in national health spending and welfare programs have accelerated to levels that, unchecked, will bring our country to bankruptcy. The federal government’s Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services have expanded to cover additional and improved services for 200 million people; and an average of 46+ million people received food stamps on the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program during 2012, with more illegal aliens and “new Americans” still coming to our shores – unvetted for physical and mental illnesses, crime, or productivity. The programs thwart incentive to strive, inhibit growth and achievements, and cut back funds for investments, new jobs and opportunities for the many – a future of prosperity.
Almost two years of "negotiations," the final "deal" appears as a total surrender of the Obama government to all the demands of the Ayatollahs who boasted that all their red lines have been met . The deal will put them on the path to become a nuclear power, not as a pariah but legitimized by the US and Europe; they will continue to enrich uranium and to develop their ICBM program ; the lifting of the sanctions will give them 150 billion dollars to improve their economy and their military capabilities which include, of course, strengthening Hizbollah, Hamas, and other purveyors of terror in the troubled Middle-East.
The bazaar merchants have trounced the feeble and naïve negotiators led by the team Obama-Kerry. You would think they have defeated America militarily and are now dictating their terms, as the allies in Versailles with Germany or McArthur in Japan. Years ago, Obama asked the Iranian mullahs to "unclench their fists " and normalize relations with America. They didn't but he did; he opened his hands, he raised his hands and said "Don't shoot ! We give you what you want."
The flaws in the preliminaries:
Some observers think that the original sin was not to limit the negotiators to US vs Iran but to include what is called P5+1 with Russia and China a sort of fifth column siding with Iran. This was, indeed, a flaw, but a deliberate one, not a mistake. I think the Obama team knew in advance that they wanted a deal at any price, and intentionally enlarged the forum so that they could use the "other partners" as excuses for the multiple concessions they knew they had to make . How many times we heard Kerry say, apologetically, that "we are not alone;we had no choice if we wanted to keep our partners..."
Another flaw was pointed out by James Jeffrey , former ambassador to Iraq, who said after the "Interim agreement:" Those who studied the art of negotiating found two big mistakes that should be avoided :never show that you are desperate to obtain a deal and never take off the table a credible threat of use of military force if the talks collapse." The shrewd Iranians knew that Obama was desperate for a deal and swore off the use of force, and they ratched up their demands.
The guidelines for Letters to the Editor of The Chautauquan Daily include warnings that libelous, demeaning or accusatory statements are unacceptable. This also means that the truth must be curtailed, for it is the truth that supremacist Muslims find inappropriate and offensive, even by those who perpetrate the acts.
Nevertheless, I refer to guest speaker Hussein Rashid, who denied the intensity and frequency of religious violence, citing that Muslims kill a mere 17 Americans per year (surely, not in the year 2001), while mosquitoes kill an average of 750,000. This is the new Moral Inversion, that Sharia law is now moral and mosquitoes immoral. Are we to flick a wrist at jihadists and the growing body count? (According to Muslim historian Firistha, Muslims killed ~400 million Indian people during invasions and occupation of the Indian continent alone, bringing the worldwide total to more than 890 million victims since the birth of Mohammed.)
Are we to disregard the religious bigotry? sadistic cruelty? kidnappings? rapes? lifelong captivity? persecution of women? and worldwide terrorism? and arm ourselves with cans of repellant and netting? This may well be the Enlightenment that Rashid attempted to explain – that we misinterpreted the Middle East, that the wretched mosquito kidnaps young girls for sexual slavery, burns churches, and espouses destructive propaganda in America’s universities.
Rashid did eventually declare religions to be violent, but I submit that all religions cannot be so classified. Religions are not equal; their doctrines differ greatly. Buddhism promotes peacefulness, loving-kindness, compassion, sympathetic joy, and equanimity. Hinduism’s many philosophies prescribe honesty, patience, self-restraint, and refraining from injuring living beings. Judaism and Christianity are commonly guided by the Torah and Ten Commandments. Islam’s guide is the Trilogy: Quran, Hadith and Sira.
Compare one Commandment, “Thou shalt not kill/murder,” with the Qur’an’s 109 verses that call Muslims to war with nonbelievers, to kill infidels wherever they hide, to chop off heads and fingers, threatening Hell if they do not slaughter.
Unlike the Old Testament’s verses of violence that are explained in context of history, those in the Qur’an are open-ended, as relevant today as in the past. Islam’s ideology promotes violence until the nonbelievers accept humiliation, convert to Islam, or are killed – a history of bloodshed and suffering.
America has sixty days to prevent Iran from crossing the nuclear threshold. We cannot count on Congress unless they are forced to act by the people through a popular our cry.To stop Obama”s veto we must overwhelm congress with our demand, this is the only way forward
They did it with Presidents Clinton and Bush when millions of citizens called their Congressional representatives and it resulted in changing their positions.
While promoting his 9-9-9 tax policy, Cain was asked, "Do you think there is a will in Washington that these politicians will put their careers on the line to do the right thing?" And he replied, "Not without the will of the people, without a massive activist grassroots movement from the bottom up. They are not going to do it from the inside. When they feel the heat, they will see the light. We the people must be the heat. We have to take on the Goliath."
The Founding Fathers in their wisdom made the "Separation of Powers" one of the pillars of American democracy. The US Constitution clearly and unequivocally stipulates that "All legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and a House of Representatives."
There have been historically a few cases when the Executive Power usurped the authority of the Legislative Power , but our current president arrogantly made it a habit and , without hesitation, violated the Constitution when it suited his political aims. Experts have tallied about a dozen of such acts. Here are a few of the most flagrant and inexplicable unilateral edicts : he unilaterally allowed one-year grace period and delayed implementation of employer mandate (Obamacare) ; he unilaterally waived the requirement of work for receiving welfare (1996 law) ; he unilaterally provided federal benefits to illegal aliens and granted deferred action on deportation that favors four to five million illegal aliens.
But last week, surprisingly, the Third Power, the Judiciary incarnated in the US Supreme Court, did the usurpation , again making the Congress an empty and irrelevant vessel. Five hundred and thirty five elected officials, and thousands of staff , whose cost to the taxpayers reaches hundreds of millions of dollars, are now idle, enjoying the dolce vita and waiting their turn to join the army of lobbyists that will make them very wealthy. President Obama, and now SCOTUS, have nullified the US Congress , the American people's elected representatives.
A. The Obamacare case:
Twice, the Chief Justice bailed out and rescued "Obamacare." He did it by resorting to some capricious and arbitrary semantic prestidigitation that allowed him to rebaptize English words in arrogant disregard for dictionary and thesaurus. In the first case, some time ago, he shockingly insisted that "penalty" is not " a punishment for crime or offense," but it is a "tax. " In the second decision (June 2015), the same magic taught us that "the states" didn't mean each and every one of the 50 states but an abstract concept of the "State," one state, and other nonsense. The result is that the SCOTUS rewrote the law as produced after 18 months of debate in the Congress. They legislated from their high bench ,changed the law, and again saved Obamacare from disintegration. It was a 6-3 decision , made by nine non-elected non-legislators lawyers. This means that two persons can impose their points of view on 320 million Americans, without checks-and-balances, without appeal. That is too much power, the very thing that the Founding Fathers wanted to avoid. Thus, Obamacare became, as Justice Scalia called it in his dissent, "Scotuscare."
